I went to this Ziggies coffee during the late morning. During that time I ordered about four drinks for the family and found out how great it was. The Firehouse was definitely a good recommendation made by the ziggi staff. Overall, had a great experience at the drive thru and will return for future coffee. Great Job Ziggis Coffee team!
A great place for a quick coffee and bite to eat. Its always a special treat to get coffee here and I find new favorites every time I go.
The Americano was a little bitter. Service and atmosphere were good. Medium size is like most places large so that's a plus. My wife's Mocha frappe was like chocolate cake batter, which I'm not saying is a bad thing.
A small shop that was next to our hotel. I had no expectations going here but the drinks we got were super tasty and the price was reasonable! The person working was super friendly and chatted about the menu with me as they had lots of interesting flavors so I wasn't sure what to try. If I'm ever back in this area, I would go again!!
When I first received my drinks this morning they were not filled up, even halfway, I asked the gal at the window if that was typical, and she said yeah, it really depends on who is making the drink to which I responded that’s odd because I tend to get drinks almost every day and they’ve never been a full she said I will remake them and was kind and understanding, you could tell she was embarrassed about the product. Amaya made it right and was kind and professional throughout the interaction, she is the type of employee you want to keep.
On 5/19 at 6am, I called to put an order in for two large carafes of coffee for a pick up of 8am, to which the bratty girl working the phone, gave me a laugh and said "ha, ya no it takes like 2-3 hours to brew"... to which I replied, I will take my business to Einsteins bagel or Starbucks then! Which I did. But the problem isnt customers trying to give the little man money, the problem is the little man not wanting to work as hard. You lost my business moving forward. Disappointed customer. Do better. Hire smarter, Ziggy's!
This place has become my second office. Obviously there are plenty of coffee shops to choose from, but what makes this location the one for me is THE STAFF. From the beginning they have been warm, welcoming, and overall super friendly. They care about the customer experience. They go beyond just taking an order. The staff makes an effort to get to know you. For example, they made the effort to remember my name and now I am always greeted by my name. In this day and age, that type of intentionality goes a long way. And let's not forget their coffee, it is outstanding! So, if you want an experience that goes beyond the coffee, please visit this location and tell them Russ sent you :)
They have this chocolate Expresso ball. I dropped it in my cup. Their was still a little left, just sitting on the bottom when I was done🤗. Worker was nice. Coffee was strong, but good. I added water to mine.
