I’ve never met nicer workers at a coffee shop. We came twice during our visit to Longmont and had excellent experiences both times! I highly recommend the Vanilla Bee Chai Latte. Keep on doing what you’re doing Ziggis, and please come to the east coast!
Staff is friendly but unable to handle the issues of the Ziggy's app. I ended up getting seventeen dollars taken from me that they can't fix on the spot even with drink coupons when they charge my account. My only concern is that the manager on duty was very sympathetic with her "I'm sorry" but not taking any accountability for what transpired. I feel more training is required for ziggi's staff. And I feel disappointed that good managers in the past have been let go for petty things only to be replaced by managers who really can't do their job.
Better experience if you use the mobile app. Don't have to tip and they don't hand you the tipping tablet which is awkward. Thr lattes are great here. Always a win for me. Never a long wait either. People are friendly and happy.
Fast and accurate service, coffee was served at a good temperature with some choc espresso beans 😁
You can't put the dragon fruit in the dragon fruit splash drink because it's too "sticky"?? What in the world does that even mean? Oh, and I pay the full price for the drink... interesting!.
They have really good breakfast food, I'm impressed. Great coffee and always a nice staff.
My local Ziggi's is the absolute best. All of the staff, whether they are old timers or new, are so kind, friendly, and helpful. I over being able to order my specific coffee order depending on my mood. My kids love the frozen campfire cocoa drinks too. It's so nice to be able to support a local company.
I love their fireside hot chocolate! Ziggi's is always the place to stop, get my drink and go!! The people are great
