The people working were very friendly. I got an iced matcha latte and boyfriend got a caramel latte with a breakfast burrito. The drinks were very good. The Matcha was very refreshing and not too bitter. The burrito was a little cold in the center but, very good otherwise.

this location really needs to be better staffed. no matter which time of day you come, there are always 10+ cars in the drive thru and it takes 15 - 20 minutes just to get your order. the baristas are friendly and kind but you can see that they are stressed!

We gave the most complicated order to the Barista, T, and she succeeded this morning in making the perfect coffee! She was wonderful at communication and it was the best! Thank you so much!

The drinks are so good here! But the best part is that the staff here are amazing!!! I should’ve gotten their names but I was in such a hurry to get to work. I accidentally ordered in the app for the location in Loveland (closest to me) but I always stop at this one on the way to work. The barista was so nice and she made my whole order and didn’t charge me!! I could not thank her enough for literally saving my day!! They also always get the order exactly right. I will always stop by this location when I have time!

I really don’t know if the store just needs employees to be trained better, or what. I go to Ziggies almost every day, and I have never had worst service than this from any of the Ziggys I’ve ever visited. And I don’t know if they’re learning how to make drinks but again I’ve never had a bad Ziggys before coming to this place. I have been there three times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but you can guarantee there won’t be a fourth time.

Ziggys coffee has an unbeatable drive-through experience. They are quick and efficient, making sure that we don't wait in line forever. Most importantly, the coffee is terrific! I have to give special recognition to Leslie and AJ who work the drive-through - they always make the place extra special with their warmth and friendly attitude. Highly recommended!

Ziggi’s was once our go-to coffee shop, but in the last two years it’s really fallen off, and I suspect due to expansion. The coffee quality is not what it was 3 years ago and certainly not what it was 7+ years ago when it was small batch, super high quality. The service quality has dropped substantially as well, we just sat in line behind 1 car for around 10 minutes to get 2 coffees, and I’d like to say that’s an outlier but in the last two years this has started to become the norm. Very long wait times when the shop isn’t busy, some of the folks that work there aren’t as friendly as once were and there seems to be a ton of turn over as well. And lastly the loyalty program simply sucks compared to what it used to be. The discounts are not anywhere close to what they were and the tiered system needing you to spend quite a lot to be rewarded somewhere near the old system is just shocking. Honestly, I’d rather you lowered prices and got rid of the loyalty program. It’s a fine standby but there is better coffee in the area with better service and better rewards (Dutch Brothers, Ozo’s for example)

Editing my review to say they did make it right after waiting 3 weeks….I normally love this place and used to go daily but after paying for an item they didn’t have and requesting a refund…. I’m not impressed. I have yet to see a refund and everytime I ask about it I’m told something different. The latest is “our refunds can take up to 14 business days” ??? That’s ridiculous. I will just go to Starbucks from now on.
