I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zeke's Eatin' Place, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The menu offers a diverse range of options, from classic breakfast staples to unique twists that cater to every palate. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Eggs Benedict paired with a side of fried bologna. This unexpected combination brought together the richness of the eggs with the savory crunch of the bologna, creating a memorable taste sensation. We also tried the mushroom and Swiss omelet, and it was a delightful medley of flavors that showcased the chef's creativity. Beyond the delicious food, the service was impeccable. The staff's attention to detail and their willingness to accommodate special requests truly set Zeke's apart. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal that's not just satisfying but also an adventure for your taste buds. Kudos to Zeke's for offering a dining experience that's both comforting and innovative. Enjoy your time at Zeke's, and don't miss out on the chance to indulge in their fantastic offerings!

Great breakfast & coffee, generous portions. The service was awesome, very nice & friendly. I tried the country fried steak with over medium eggs, hash brown well done. Well seasoned, good flavors, hearty gravy, spicy homemade salsa, delicious pancake & HUGE! Will definitely be back.

I have been going here for over 30 years. Best food anywhere. Home cooking at its finest. You eat here and you won't be hungry for the rest of the day. If truck drivers eat here, then you know it is a great place to be, hands down. The inside decor is a nod to John Wayne, the Old West, with a picture of Clint Eastwood and James Dean. There is also a wall of memorial of the three waitresses that started with Zeke's back in the 1980's. There are also some celebrities that have visited Zeke's too. You can see their autographs hanging on the wall. There is also a Jackalope on display. Check it out and have something to eat. You won't be sorry. 😀

I ate at Zeke's a couple of years ago when staying in the area during a move and I was impressed by the friendly service, delicious food, and large portions. I was in town again and decided to go back with my husband. Though the decor is a bit kitschy, it conveys the prospecting origin of Zeke's. The story goes that Zeke was a prospector who cooked for teams of hungry miners and served up big portions for the hardworking miners. The quality of the food has remained consistent, since the last time I visited anyway, with the same large portions and delicious taste. The large ham steak was big enough to share, perfectly grilled, tender and flavorful. The spinach and cheese omelet was enormous and full of spinach and melted cheese. Miner or not, the portions are satisfying. The service was excellent with constant service without being annoying and though the prices have increased here, like everywhere else, the size of the portions make the value well worth it. There are few restaurants that have refused to skimp in these post-pandemic, high-inflation, supply-and worker-shortage times, but Zeke's has stayed true to its roots and maintains their high-quality standards. If you go here, check out the rare southwestern jackalope. ;)

I drove from far away to eat at Zeke's and it was worth it!!! When you have to have great biscuits and gravy (hard to find), this is the spot. Everything else was great also. Great service too. These people really know how to make a great breakfast!

A lovely little breakfast and lunch cafe! Definitely recommended! Pictured is the strawberry lemonade, grits, 1/2 chorizo and eggs, and 1/2 sausage links with 2 eggs.

Great food, Maria the server was great and very attentive. They are always busy in mornings so keep that in mind. We paid about $40 for both us. Please be nice to the hostess and ppl working there. We over heard an older gentleman be rude over a simple mistake. He got another tables change. That's it! He had to call the gentleman over and ask him why? Why what? After the problem was fixed and taken care of. Other than that everything was great.

I love the old country western style of this diner. The staff is friendly and the menu has good selections and huge portions
