This is one of the best shawerma places in chicago. Very juicy and tasty. No unnecessary additions just the great basic shawerma. Falafel and hummus are also great. Highly recommend 💯

If you’re going to finish off your dips and certain dishes with olive oil, make sure it’s a good, properly stored pure olive oil. It’s obvious you guys use a mix (I’m guessing sunflower) which is fine for cooking but not for finishing. It tastes cheap and old and adds nothing to a hummus or baba ghanoush except rancid oiliness.

This place is incredible! If you're local you're lucky. This the kind of place when running errands or deciding locations to visit you might consider re-routing your commute just to get a meal from this place. I always go for the mixed platter and it's at least two meals in one.

I had the beef shwarma meal, and companion had the grilled chicken platter. I substituted mujadara for the rice. Both meals came with a small salad, hummus and pita. Both were excellent. I've eaten here many time before and never been disappointed. It's the best middle eastern in the area.

Delicious dishes at affordable price and friendly employees. Everything tasted great and we couldn't leave the food on the plates even after feeling full. Unfortunately, at the time we've arrived the lamb tenderloin was not available, so we got steak kebab instead (very good too!), spicy hummus and baba ganoush paired beautifully with warm pita, falafel wrap was nicely toasted, yogurt based onion dip for French fries tasted refreshing compared to regular mayo sauce, beef was juicy.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, and a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks. A very nice place - highly recommend!

Oh, Pita Inn (the original), how I have missed you! I've been a customer since 1995 and no other middle eastern restaurant holds a candle to you!

First time here, the food was delicious and the place was clean. The only staff we had any conversation with was the lady who took orders. She was friendly. Over all a good experience for very reasonable price.
