While their food is pretty good the customer service is HORRIBLE. I called once to make a large order for my job. Nobody answered. I called 5 times. After that I ordered from someone else. I have walked in on numerous occasions and was not greeted when I walked in the door. I called the other day and a guy answered the phone saying “Hello” as if that isn’t a business line, however I brushed it off. When i arrived to pick up my order again I was not greeted. He simply handed me my food and just stared at me. He didn’t even tell me my total ! I had to ask him how much it was. As much as I enjoy my crepes I refuse to refer this place to anyone.
They say they have coffee, but it's pretty much Folgers that they put in a carafe (self serve). It's usually not that hot or good. They have a small selection of desserts that are store bought from places like Meijer. My biggest issue is that their hours of operation vary from day to day. I often walk passed just to see a closed sign in the window during business hours. The staff is polite, which is the only positive I can give.
I gave Yum Yum Tree size they were there when I needed them then particularly like everything but
