Solid ⭐⭐⭐.9 Fresh! Fast! Our server Fung was nice, had a smile, attentive & helpful. Good happy hour prices. Wish there were more options on the happy hour menu. Parking is tight. Wish there was a 3.9 star b/c this place, this visit, deserved it! I love sushi and I was looking for a new place to try in Chandler. I came across Yama Sushi House and decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! The sushi was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was also friendly and attentive. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and was very clean. The only downside was that they did not have Corona beer or egg rolls on their menu. I was hoping to enjoy a cold Corona with my sushi, but they only had Japanese beers. I also wanted to try egg rolls, but they did not have any. I wish they had more options for appetizers and drinks. Overall, I had a great experience at Yama Sushi House and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves sushi. It is one of the best sushi places in Chandler and I can’t wait to go back.
This is our first time trying out a new sushi place nearby our area. We love the foods especially the chef's special rolls🍣, but not the service. Our server was not attentive! Took awhile for her to come greet us and didn't check on us after we recieved our foods.
This is our 1st time at this restaurant and we are impressed. The food tasted fresh and they have very good Happy Hour Specials. We got the edamame, miso soup, salad, lots of sushi and the sizzling steak plate. They were all good. We didn’t have a dish that was not delicious here. This is going to be my go to sushi place when I can’t think of any place to eat. The staff and every nice and attentive also. We will return for sure.
Meals were fresh, flavorful and quickly prepared, even while being mindful of my various food allergies, our server Tina was fairly knowledgeable of different ones . It will be well worth traveling back to try other dishes. When my wife can sit and completely eat a meal, it is a sign that she LOVED her Curry seafood udon.
The staff were really nice and attentive. This menu item is called Tidus & Yuna Love Boat.
Delish! We had the boat plus some special rolls and everything was quite good. I was a bit off-put by how dark-bright pink the tuna was as it might have been dyed. But it tasted good and fresh. Super pleased that they had not one but 4 kinds of nigori sake
Our server was great! Host greeted us right away. Service was prompt. She broke down some items on the menu and made an amazing recommendation to try the Spicy Calamari for appetizer. So good. We will be back. That you for the amazing food and better service!
