Breakfast Menu "Wingstop" Ukiah

The employee that was working tonight on 8/13/23 at (9pm), has been rude every single time that I’ve come in. He is heavy set, and has black dreads that he wears sort of in a bun on his head. I don’t know his name. He has horrible customer service, and lacks basic people skills. I pick up orders from here all the time and he doesn’t acknowledge me. He has a harsh tone in his voice and makes rude comments about the different people names of the doordashes that I pick up. He lacks basic manners like thank you, have a nice day. It’s bizarre that he works in customer service. The last couple months he wasn’t working the cash register and was more in the cooking area. He should not be working at the register, or interact with customers in anyway.Please, fix this, it’s been so unpleasant coming to wingstop.

Second time in a row that they forget an item in the bag. Whoever is packing these bags needs to double check to make sure all items are inside the bag. I didn’t get my brownie yet I was charged for it.

Fast food? Maybe the employees should get the memo. Online ordering? Why bother they tell you they never received your order. This is my second negative review for this place due to long wait times (was told 20 minutes, waited over 40) and them not actually processing my online pickup. Staff is also rude AF and quick to blame their customers for how longs its taking. Don't waste your time going here.

The food is made-to-order so it tastes great every time, tables and sitting area are clean, they have restrooms for the public and a patio with chairs and tables to enjoy your food as well.

Been here 2 times within the same month and amazing each time. They have stepped it up in quality and service. Yeah it’s gonna be 25 or longer wait but it’s cooked to order not pre cooked. I loved it!

Ordered and paid online. Waited in line to pick up order. Door dash came in and got service before those of us who has been waiting in line.

Always amazing. 20 minute wait for the wings but they were fresh hot out the fryer. On the bright side if you're waiting you can check out the wood sculptures next door.

Great customer service wish I would have got the two gentlemen's names but it was super bowl Sunday around 5 p.m. and there was two cashiers one of them being 16 both great customer service and look forward to going back when we stay at the motel next door when we go back we live about 200 miles away from
