Every time I go to this Wingstop my order is never right. My wings are never sauced right… I get Louisiana rub (fry butter rub) and this is what my wings look like… let not start with the hot honey… more like just honey mo seasoning.

Wings and things if you know what I meaaaaan! I love wings and although wing stop isn’t my favorite I just love to order the bbq extra crispy wings! Now those are the TRUTH! Plus the Colony location Rocks! They are always busy but they get you in and out!! Thank you guys for being so fast and giving great customer service!!

Love Wingstop but this location! Every time I place an order they always make me wait. Even though the App says my order is ready for pick up, truth is NEVER is ready! They always make me wait, sometimes 10+ minutes. Very disappointing!

Finally got fries that were well done! Usually they're just regular, not well done. I love their ranch. Order a large to use on other things throughout the week!

I placed an order for delivery tonight and received the wrong order. Which is a simple fix. Mistakes can and will be made. Not a big deal. So I called to get it fixed and this is where the problem is. I waited on hold for a few minutes when I could hear someone answer the phone and immediately hang up. Okay, again not upset at this point. I call back. Same thing happens again. Called back multiple times and the same thing happens EACH time. I can hear the background noise every time someone picked up the phone and hung up. This was such a simple fix. And I’m sure the person who’s order I received called as well because they received the wrong order. It’s not hard to pick up the phone. It’s extremely unprofessional, frustrating and quite frankly just rude to do this to someone. The manager of this location should definitely have a talk with the employees working on Saturday May 6 between 7pm-8pm.

Worst guest experience ever! Strongly encourage you to order elsewhere. Ordered on Wing Stop app for delivery. (Beware this location uses a third party delivery service for orders placed on their app) and after a 45 minute wait time and being charged all the extra fees (service charge/delivery fee/tip etc), never received my order!! Apparently it was delivered to someone else’s address and when I advised the store manager, he had no clue how to fix. His solution was he would remake the order but I needed to pick up and he couldn’t refund the entire amount? What?? So I’m just out all the added fees and have to pick up anyway through no fault of my own - just absurd!! I asked for a full refund and was told he didn’t have the login credentials but would have to get with his boss to complete. I’ve called multiple times since then and have even went up to the store to talk to someone in person. It’s been almost a week now and still no resolution. Just Unbelievable. Encourage all who are considering this establishment to save yourself the grief and choose another place to dine. 0/5 stars. Thumbs down- do not recommend.

Last time ordering food at this location. Cold, limp, soggy fries. Light, poorly cooked chicken that left me thinking why... employee did state not enough people scheduled to work. Very disappointed.

The fry guy should be promoted to customer. Can’t figure out how to fry fries consistently for over a year? Undercooked even though I ask for extra crispy, hardly seasoned. Chickens just fine though. Ya dig?
