Todays crew 7/26/23 4:30pm is the best. Fries and chicken came out at the same time. Didn’t take long either. Garlic parm sprinkled to perfection. Even tast like fresh oil was used. Enjoyed the music so much I dined in along another table complimenting service. Perfecto!!!

This location used to be ok. It just plain mediocre now. Placed an order online and had to wait 30 minutes while in store for my order. Seems my food was started once I walked in. The food came out seasoned and well done but the kitchen's time management is slow.

Truly disappointed in the service I received. I placed a order online at 9:15pm received confirmation that order would be ready at 10:02pm. To only arrive at 10:15pm order not ready!!!! No explanation, NOTHING. It’s now 10:52pm and I’m just getting my order!! No apology, not even a free drink. This place is ran horribly and the employees have no sense of urgency or proper customer service skills. AND MY FRIES WERE COLD. You

I Order some food wings and fries 🍟 on the Uber Eat but when my driver got there they ended up give my order to someone else and didnt even wanted to comp my food for the mistake that they did. Im really highly upset and i lost 22.53 dollars, didn't get anything eat 😔. Worse place ever.

The manager by the name of Rose, who is very nonchalant, gave me a wrong order with old food also that had hair in the box and on my child’s plate of food The next day I spoke with the general store manager Dee she was very kind and business professional, I explained to her the situation from last night 09/21/23 she replaced the order and refunded half of the payment Dee also apologized for the night manager Rose behavior and if all management were responsible with a mindset as hers this world would be perfect

The young man that answered the phone and served me when I arrived to pick up the food had a very stink attitude both on the phone and in person. He should be working the fryer since he clearly lacks customer service skills. First time ordering from wing stop and definitely the last.

I honestly don’t know how these wing stops pass inspections. There all run down busy with 5plus workers all chit chatting away.. orders take super long. another run down wing stop but this one truly is nasty it has a full leaking roof while they pass the food left to right dripping all over ur plates 🤮…

I ordered online at 6:38pm est and my order was expected to take no longer than 21-26 minutes. I arrived to the store for pickup at 7:01pm , order was still not ready. I watched people come inside get their online orders and walk out. Meanwhile it’s now 7:21pm est and I’m still sitting here waiting for my meal and was placed almost 45 minutes ago now. This is not the first time either. I believe for some customers they wait until you come into the store and pay before they start preparing your order. If that’s the case there should not be an option for online orders. Servers have no sympathy for waiting customers either
