Breakfast Menu "Wingstop" Lauderhill

I believe I ordered honey, barbecue chicken and a lemonade to go. It was about a 15 minute wait. Staff was pleasant.

I tried to call on my phone...the guy out me on hold and never came back after 6mins. When I arrived. I ordered my wings. In about 8 mins they were done. I went home.

Very bad service. I placed an order, paid for my order, when I waited and didn't get my food. I asked for my order, they said it was made and was mistakenly giving to someone else, and they are not remaking it because it will go against their inventory. The worst part is, they refused to give me a refund. The situation was getting out of control, so I had to leave the store without my food or my refund. Now I have to figure out how to get my back.

Walk in 2 black ladies arguing in back making food 1 is the manager it's 11:03PM they tell me and my son they are no longer taking orders they close at 12 cause they have to many call in orders. Yet there is 7 people working then homeless man comes in the manager lady says just get back here go to work. His hand is wrapped in make shift bandage on his hand. What a horrible place this place is and the owner should be ashamed of haw it's run and how trashy the inside was.

Very bad service, the cashier thought that I worked for a delivery company and thought that I was waiting for an order, I just wanted to buy a French fries, she asked me for my name and I did not understand why she was asking for my name, with a unprofessional attitude, I told her, I am not looking for a food order, I am a client who wants to buy a meal, the very aggressive employee asked her why she was upset and she answered me worse, YOU SHOULD NOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE EDUCATION WITH THE CLIENT . I canceled my order because there was no apology from the manager. The employee did not call attention to her behavior either.

I hate this place ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR . Employees ARE RUDE ! Ordered & waited a WHOLE 2 hours just for them to say they didn’t have my order then want to catch attitude! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I just ordered 2 orders of wings on Uber eats and the wings were literally rubber. Dry as hell and inedible. How can you even serve that???
