Breakfast Menu "Wingstop" Lake Park

Shout out to Mr. Mohamed for having great customer service. Even the hard workers in the background were doing their thing making sure everything was clean. The chef and the other gentleman was making sure everything was was taken care of. That was my first time visiting. They all did amazing job continuing the great work.

Let's start with the most recent. Doordash stole my order (not their fault, sure) but the customer service resubmitted it. Cool, shouldn't be an issue. Wrong. Manager gets pissed, blows up my phone, when he finally gives them the order he throws it in the bag (literally throws), throws it at the driver (per the driver), and is just an a*hole. The order is old chicken that's gross and fries that are nothing but oil. Before that? The lady in the front called the cops on my friend who went to pick up an order after he asked about the order because he waited 15 minutes past pick up time. He was calm the entire time, and per the owner "she was dealing with stuff that caused her to overreact." The time before that? They were out of an item, and when I asked for proof for a refund through customer service (since they don't do app refunds in store), the dude working got an attitude with me and then tried to physically fight the guy I was there with. I really do not ever recommend this store moving forward. I tried to give benefit of the doubt, but im done supporting this store and this company.

I asked my friend girl to stop and grab me some Wingstop because I really like wingstop.. I told her to tell them do not fry the boneless wing hard they did it anyway... Not only they fry them hard anyway my garlic wings taste like they've been fried and old grease.. if they wasn't closing I would have tooking it back

I ordered 30 minutes before arriving, only to watch everyone who came in to order receive their food before me. This location sucks, the inside of the building was not clean (floors, tables, chairs etc.) i can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Driest chicken wings ever. I honestly expected more from this place and have tried them more than once, only to regret it more than the last time. Brass Ring has way better wings. The staff has quite the prejudice when choosing who to help first. Im amazed this location is still in business...

If you want your money to be worth it, drive a couple more minutes and go to 45th St. wingstop & NOT at lake park. These supposed to be a garlic parmesan not a plain. FYI they do this all the time, its not the first time, I already called them with it. Its just 45th cannot do the delivery on our place cuz lake park is closer to our house.

Great family runs this store. Polite service, food always food and exactly as ordered!

I’ve ordered from this location a few times usually everything is fine. If they wind up forgetting some of your food items they will lie and tell you they’ll credit you but then never will. personally won’t order from the location again the store manager seem cool in person but over the phone he’s very dismissive and unprofessional!

The little teenagers they had working tonight with using the “n” word. We won’t be back. Train your employees better!
