I placed an order and literally watched 7 people who came after me and ordered after me get their food before me. When I asked about the delay, I was told 6 more minutes. After that, I saw a student with her friends. She was the only one with no money for food. I ordered food for her while I waited. She got her food before me. I asked for a manager. They would not let me speak to one but instead gave me cookies without an apology. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with the corporate office. Long day at work and was hoping to enjoy quick food and rest. Do not come here if you are hungry or in a rush.

I came to this Wingstop because I got a flat tire late at night and this was the first place I saw that was open so I parked my car and came inside. The employees were so kind and helpful that they gave me a sandwich and a drink and after their shift ended at midnight, they changed my tire for me. I am so grateful they were able to help me! I hope they get paid well

Tasty wings but a little pricey (for half-wing pieces) best time to come is Monday Tuesday $0.60 wings.

The three Indians working in the front counter and one of them is a girl have very nasty attitude when they get an order wrong from me or a customer they snatch the food all aggressively talking under their breath in their language and throw the food away they lovee to waste food ! They need to replace these three Indian people especially the girl she’s the one that talks soo much smack under their breath when walking away because they mess up orders! Why work in a place that you hate and not be professional?? Must be their paycheck why their only there

Worst Wingstop ever. Took half an hour to give small order, kept updating food was coming but wasn’t. Wings were undercooked, gave crumbs of fries, when told they were freshly making each item. Requested an extra ranch for patiently waiting, colored hair fair skin girl was rude about it, when she gave out free items to customers beforehand. Take your business to Northlake or Melrose location.

Literally disgusting !!!!! There was a long hair mixed in with my wings& when I called, they basically said I need to come back another day because there is nothing they can do about it , worst customer service skills ever !!!!! They literally don’t care at all about the situation. & not to mention they don’t pay attention to you when you’re ordering, also don’t even make the wings fresh by order. Will never come to this location again.

My 1st time going to a Wingstop. Food is good and very different from other fast food joints. I was hoping that my beard would start to grow like Rick Ross's but no luck.. The chicken grease is not beard oil.
