Breakfast Menu "Wingstop" Bermuda Dunes

Wings are always good. Lemon garlic pepper wings are really yummy. Fries are fresh and warm. Downside, you need to ask for ketchup, forks, napkins, and straws or you will not have them in your bag. We kept asking since there is no dine-in and got most of what we needed. Other than that, yum.

Unbelievably rude girl working the counter named Yajaira. First off ordered $90 worth of food to go last night. Part of the order was missing(I live 40min away) came in today at 5pm not only to get what they left out of my to go order last night, but also ordered more food to dine in. This girl Yajaira was BEYOND RUDE, ok whatever I'm gonna let it slide, I asked for Blue Cheese for my wings, orders ready guess what? No blue cheese. Get back up and asked nicely for my blue cheese, she tells me it's gonna be $2.74, I say but I asked for Blue Cheese she tells me I gave you two Ranch, so I day but I asked you for Blue Cheese, she tells me "no you didn't, but whatever I'll give it to you" Wow...smh. some people do not need tone in customer service

First timer!! And, the young lady at the counter was very helpful with helping me with my order and flavors of sauce. Even through in extra 6 wings with their new mixed w/their Habanaro & Hawaiian sauce. Many thanks!!

While I typically find myself more than patient with businesses and local establishments, sometimes there are just things that you can't ignore. In the case of this particular Wingstop location, even though the oil is never changed and the food is covered in black char from the oil fryer (I find myself getting sick whenever we visit), it's the lack of service that we always receive when we come here that is infuriating. My previous visit to this store before this most recent one, we had to get the Sheriffs office involved. Corporate took care of it, but it seems there's a company culture issue here because the experience wasn't really much better when we went for lunch last week.. By looking at these reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who this Wingstop location has continued to disappoint. Go to the other one by Fred Waring if you have to have Wingstop.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN!! THEY gave us wrong order not once but TWICE!!! obviously gave our large oder to someone, didn't care. SLOPPY packing...cold fries n mushy...wings were probably pigeons..on top of that , asked to speak to a Manager, asked his name, he said Victor...to pick up rest of order NEXT DAY...according to the girl there, no Manager named Victor, so he lied..amazing, n she didn't care . Very greasy..I'd stick with Buffalo Wild Wings! I suggest u do as well, u get the proper service

My fiancee loves this place and frequently gets cravings that won't let up for the lemon pepper flats, extra crispy. I find them significantly overpriced on Doordash, but if you pick up, it's not too bad. Score a deal like 60c/each boneless on Tuesday and they're a very tasty great value. Lemon pepper fries are also damn good.

Christopher and Derrick (I think were there names) were at the front counter this evening and they gave excellent service. They were attentive and even suggested I take a box for my large order, which was a great idea. I already liked the food at Wingstop but this experience has put the brand at the top of my favorites. I initially called to let them know how happy I was but decided to leave this review in hopes that management/corporate will give the recognitions this team deserves. See you again soon!
