Breakfast Menu "Wing Man" Cotati

This place is the dream. The menu is super easy, you have wings three different ways with a selection of a bunch of different sauces. from stupid hot to tenderly mild. And I couple of different samiches. I had a pulled pork samich that was amazing. And proper selection of 50 different beers. The vibe was really chill and staff were down to earth and wanted to work and have a good time. Prices are down to earth and on the money. I will be definitely going back time and time again. Thanks Joe for and awesome meal.

I liked that their menu was simple and had enough variety. There are different sauces you can choose from, their ranch is really good. Ordered the boneless wings, they were huge. Fries aren’t the best but just dip it with the sauces. Waited an extra ten minutes after it said it was going to be done but it was fine because they had good customer service. Good prices. Parking is limited.

This is a food truck, but they have a physical location now. My friend Russell took me and wow, these wings are tops. They have a good beer selection, too. Their sauces are flavorful and the wings, while only seasoned with salt and pepper, are memorable. Can’t wait to come back try more sauces. Cheers!

Best vegan cauliflower wings I've ever had! Try the different sauces.

The customer service was great, the quality of the chicken was good, the beer selection was great, but was not a fan of the sauces. I thought they tried to get too creative on the Buffalo sauce; it may be for some, but not for me. The BBQ and mustard BBQ sauces were decent, but not incredible. Good place but not something I would seek out a 2nd time.

Don’t pass it up. If you like a good wing. This is your place. They have a combination of a absolutely wonderful staff, an involved caring owner & good food. Their regular french fries, They’re just perfect. Salads / sides all made fresh & The bone in wings are the best I’ve ever had in my 47 years. If you like boneless wings, They’re good and crispy. I love to eat. Probably my favorite thing to do. And now I love eating here. They have outside seating, inside sitting or you can call it in & take it home like I do.

The wings are bomb and crispy. The owner was walking around today greeting customers and making sure the food was good. The waitress and everyone there was extremely friendly. Was worth the drive out to cotati for us. The sauces come on the side to make sure your wings stay fresh and crispy. All the 5 flavors we tried was delicious and unique. We brought the extra sauce home it was so good.

Just had the rib dinner and some wings. Awesome! The ribs literally fall off the bone and are so tasty! The wings were fantastic with awesome sauce choices. Nice outdoor space, super friendly staff, I highly recommend Wing Man. It's our new go to for ribs and wings!
