When we walked in the atmosphere was inviting. There were lots of people there so we expected great things. The service was slow in getting our food but that wouldn't have been an issue. Our food looked nothing like the photos, we had a small squirt of sauce on each wing if that, the sauce we asked for wasn't what we got. When we said our wings are dry without sauce and not the right sauce they asked if we wanted more sauce. That took forever it was one small cup of sauce for 11 wings. We didn't get the fries we ordered and the ones we got were slightly cold and when we repeated this to our waitress before paying our bill we received a 25% discount for 3 meals we didn't eat. Won't be stopping here again.
The wings & fries are amazing! Super crispy & flavorful. Our first server was amazing & told the other servers to check on us when she left. She cashed us out before her shift ended & was tipped well. The problem was after she left we were ignored. We were there for at least another half hour & nobody checked on us even though our precious server told us we could still order, it would just be on a different tab. After being ignored we simply left. Would definitely give a 5/5 if that didn't happen, but it was blatant & obvious we were still actively enjoying our drinks & food. We even made eye contact with the servers a couple times, but they simply shrugged it off.
This is a HOT spot! Not only being a great place to eat, but they have lots of different levels of hotness for your wings. One thing that I love is the PB&J Burger. Who would of thought that it would be sooo good? Not me, but now this is my go to here. You also will want to try their Fahrenheit Fries and the No Smooch'n Garlic Fries.
It was extremely busy with a wait for seating. Took a bit to get a waitress so we could order (again, it was extremely busy and she was juggling a lot of demanding customers.). It was a jovial experience. Especially watching the guy next to our table trying the "Hell Wing!!!". Praying he survived the night... LOL 🤣.
The food and service was excellent, first time there and will be back for sure!! We did have to ask for a refill for my son that got buffalo wings but other then that it was perfect!
I would like to start this out by saying Ashley is amazing and did what she could to make it up to us, she was very kind and helpful. With that said, the server we were given got our order and ignored us the rest of the time. The food took forever to get to us, appetizer came out with our wings, you could tell our food had been sitting for awhile too. I could have been more understanding if it were busy but it was not. My boyfriend sat with an empty drink for over a half hour (never got a refill) and I had to get up and ask for boxes. He walked by our table multiple times as well. Thankfully after getting fed up and walking up to ask for the check, Ashley took care of us. Unfortunately I did not catch the name of our server, but hard to do considering he was avoiding our table.
Just ordered takeout for lunch. quick and friendly service I just wouldn’t get this wrap again and the one time I had wings they were tiny I would give them more shots though
Waitress was slow and never asked to fill up our water. Put onions on my burger when I asked for none and didn’t bring my boyfriend his barbecue sauce. Told me the wrong price twice for the growler and then took 30 minutes to give me the growler after she told me the wrong price first by nine dollars then by seven. Then lied to me that it was taking a long time to fill up my growler as if I couldn’t see that she literally didn’t fill it up yet. Very annoyed with my experience here.
