I've always heard about Wild Ginger but never felt the urge to go. I've been missing OUT! Everything was 10 out of 10!!! If you go during lunch, get the lunch size. The dinner size is for 2 people. They give you a lot of food! Can't go wrong with that. The drinks were really good as well. I will definitely go back!

Too many places do not get 5 stars for me, but Wild Ginger surely deserves it. We were immediately greeted and seated. Then, water was immediately bright over. Our server came over and took our appetizers and drinks order, which were returned promptly hot and well made. We placed our orders for meals, and they were returned right as we were completing our appetizers; perfectly timed. Everything was delicious! Staff was friendly.

Food was really good. Our server Justin was super nice and he made sure our food came out fast and hot. The atmosphere is really nice. They also have an outdoor space. They are in walking distance of the Rockville Center LIRR station, so it’s super easy to get here. This place is a must when out in Long Island, NY!

The Food is Devine!!!! And I mean it's almost a life changing experience everytime...such a diverse menu and happy hour appetizers are amazing. Plus the decor is just flat out Gorgeous!!

The shrimp fried rice, shrimp tempura, and kani salad was good. However, schezuwan peppercorn chicken was too salty. Will come back again to try other items.

A great family restaurant. The food is good . Staff is efficient & gracious. Busy h bustling resturant.

took my wife mother grandma and mother in law here for Valentines day we had loads of food took home food even bill was under300 after tip service wasn't bad but far from fantastic. 10/10 wwould recommend

on 7/26/23 i was going west, towards brooklyn on sunrise hwy in nassau. i was hungry, i saw the restaurant wild ginger at 424 sunrise hwy rockville centre. from dinning at the one in manhattan, i believed this to be of the same caliber. i stopped and went in. i asked for take out and for what was not on the menu, spicey string beans, chicken, beef and shrimp. i informed them 4 times i have food allergies to carrots, corn and almonds. he assured me everything was fine. everyone was friendly and polite. the meal was ready extremely fast. (by the time i went to the restroom and came out the meal was ready.) i was amazed the swiftness and i showed this by giving them a tip which the take-out patron refused. he eventually took half of the tip and gave it to another waiter. i was brought the food and i opened the bag to check to see if any corn carrots and almonds were in there. the take-out patron said it wasn't necessary. everything was good and to enjoy my meal. he also said if i was dinning in the restaurant i would fancy the meal even better. i got back home, opened the bag and there were 2 dishes. a dish that was full of carrots and the other carrot free of which i partially ate. it tasted like it was just taken out of the refrigerator and not fully heated. even though the food was warm, it still had a refrigerator taste to it. due to my final destination being so far away from the restaurant, i had to throw away almost $40.00 worth of food (including the partial tip)... because of that.... i give wild ginger - 1 star for health.. if i wasn't conscious about my health and check the food, i would be in the hospital with a swollen throat unable to breath. -1 star... for the refrigerator taste overshadowing the taste of the food. included in this review is a photo of the receipt and the take-out food with carrots.
