They need to do a better job training their employees. Mostly their cashiers. This girl, (had no name tag so can't really say who she was) had no idea what she was doing and was getting irritated with ME because I had more to order. As soon as I ordered my first item, she was confused and she clearly had no idea what she was doing and was being rude with me because I wasn't done ordering. Mind you, I was being nice the whole time. I was being patient with her. I'm not one to have an attitude with someone taking my order even if they're rude because I understand that the job can be frustrating. But if your cashier doesn't know what they're doing, doesn't even know what's on the menu at that, then train them more before you put them on the register alone. Don't have them struggling on the register during a dinner time rush. Over here getting annoyed with me because I'm not done ordering and you don't know how to do your job. And to top it off, the food was trash. Soggy hot dogs, burnt mini corn dogs and cold fries. Do better.
It’s as good as a hot Dog gets
Good chili dogs, hardly any wait time. The only thing is when I order a large fry, I want a large fry, not a large fry box half full... Fries are high, so I want my monies worth! Sometimes, they are cold and stale. Otherwise, I am happy.
I had a FREE corn dog for my birthday - free is free right? So why did it cost me 32 cents. Not a lot but it's the point of customer service vs misleading offers.
I went during the evening rush because I had a coupon. I expected it to be busy and it was. I expected to wait quite a while, however I waited virtually no time and got food that was not only piping hot, but tasted great! Perfect service, perfect food!
Food was the worst I ever ate at this company. I got food poisoning from there never going back. Do not recommend this place at ALLLLLLLLLLLLL.................. BUYERS BE AWARE I ATE AT THIS PLACE ON AUGUST 11TH 2023 AT 2:00 PM . This place needs to be shut down asap
Cheese not melted, hot dogs seemed like they were not cooked entirely, cold cheese on the fries just made the fries cold. The burger was just about the only edible product. Won’t be back…
Had an amazing Kraut dog and Lemonade and couldn’t be better. Great food and great service!
