This patisserie is absolutely amazing. From the outside to the inside to especially the pastries. What really sets the shop apart is that you get to watch the pastry chef in house work their magic never seen that before. Its a lovely blend between two unique styles, French and Japanese. Everything I tried here was soooo delicious I can't wait to come back again. I really love too how you can see all of their baking utensils hanging up, that's also really intriguing to me. I ended up getting the Macaroon sandwich and the Bitter cocoa tart both sooo good and my partner got a savory ham and guyere cheese croissant also amazing. We also got matcha tea! I took home a piece of the matcha Swiss roll and cant wait to try that!!!

Excellent interior, very bright spot with a lot of light, large windows, big white counter and seating spots - couches and chairs. It also has nice outdoors seating area which is great on a sunny day! I love their teas, they are great, especially michigan cherry 🍒 tea. Desserts are lovely, they look gorgeous. I really like all the raspberry macaroons and pistachio ones! Tarts are very interesting with a unique sour pineapple 🍍 cream, so not a regular custard, which i find great too! Everything is fresh and service is friendly and nice. Wi-Finis available too

Pretty good cafe!! We tried the matcha options this time round. Tastes really good (bitter, unlike those sugar or milk-spiked ones). Only downside for drinks is that they serve in paper cups... which affects the taste Pastry options were good, they have a mix of savory and sweet stuff Will be back to check out if their coffee is nice

I got a pistachio latte with oatmilk, a turkey and cheese croissant, as well as pistachio and apricot macarons. The croissant was good, the latte flavor was a little odd, grains at the bottom and frothy, the pistachio mac tasted a little too artificially flavored, but the apricot mac was actually very different and good. The apricot mac was my favorite item I tried, I’ve never had anything like it! Side note-they only have to-go cups and plates. The service was very helpful and optimistic. The atmosphere is very modern and pretty. I’ll stop by again!

Very cute bakery in nice walkable downtown Clawson. Everyone at the counter was very helpful and answered my questions, however I was not greeted when I first walked in. I was disappointed with the selection especially for anyone with food sensitivities or allergies. I wanted to see what they had in low carb, low sugar or anything for a diabetic. I was out of luck all around. The pastry I bought was a cheesecake ball and was very tasty with a Japanese milk ball filled with cheesecake inside. But more options will be needed for them to be more well rounded.

Quiche, chai lattes, croissants, and cakes to perfection. Staff is rad. White Wolf is my dog. Ruff ruff. Eat up.🤤

The matcha crepe cake is awesome. The cream brûlée and the chestnut mont blanc are a bit too sweet in general. I can’t taste the chestnut with this sweetness. Other than that the hojicha latte is great.

I usually visit Noblefish every month and was so excited to visit here cause I saw a tons of good reviews about their pastries. But honestly.... they were just ok not that great like I expected. I'm Japanese and they looked literally Japanese pastries and cakes bur their taste... were like not exactly Japanese ones. They were just sweet sweet sweet and not flavorful neither. I actually bake and sell some Japanese pastries on my own and they are more flavorful. the only I liked was Mont Blanc. It's rare to find chestnut cake around here, I was so happy to have it finally. But probably I won't come back again...
