Food=consistently what I expect! Service=less wait @ window than inside Menu variety better inside. Breakfast (eggs) always made fresh. Atmosphere consistently store to store. I learned they are made this way so they can spray wash walls etc.
Heather working the register was amazing! She was kind & funny while also getting orders out fast. Well done!!! 😁
Inside was closed, no sign saying so. I ordered 3 meals in the drive-through, and they gave 1 napkin. Fry's tasted like they were cooked in oil that was 3 weeks old.
Been 20+ years. Still as good as I remember. Clean lobby, food was fresh and hot. Great experience for my kids.
We started our White Castle adventure today @1130. Each time we pulled to drive thru, 1130, 1146, 12 pm, “I’m sorry the wait is 15 min”. So sorry we’re too busy. Owner operator, time to figure out that the customers are trying to give you money but poor management and execution are in your way
If you think this place is a one trick pony you'd be sadly mistaken. Try the breakfast. Fantastic, hot and delicious sliders. Not burgers either. These are sausage and egg and cheese. Also they have bacon egg and cheese. Fresh eggs right off the grill located on the front counter when you walk in. Try it you'll thank me later.
I will say that service was not good, but the 3 people that was working i give them all the kudos possible. We probably waited 20 minutes or longer for our food but to watch the 3 the way they operated was great to watch. I left a $10 tip and if had more cash would have left more. Way to go White Castle no way that the other chains would have done this. Plus they kept apologizing for the wait .
Manager was rude. Stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. They kept taking drive thru orders. Then when they finally did acknowledge us they told us it would be a 20 minute wait. She also locked the doors to the dining room. 😡
