Terrible food, service, and not worth your time or money!!! I ordered the number 14 with a soda, and it says on the menu the cost is 7.29 but what they charged me was 9.25. When I asked the manager (Mike) why the cost was higher and he told me that it stated on the outside menu that there is an additional charge for soda and that it states that in small writing so it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read the menu. I told him I would go read the menu and I would be back. I read it from top to bottom and it does not state that anywhere on the menu and I told him I wanted my money back and he just said ok and gave me a refund. Aside from being over charged, upon looking at my order I found out that they didn't even toast the bread and gave me only a half an order of the tater tots that was mixed with fish bites. They have teenage kids working that don't have any common sense or the ability to do the job their getting paid to do. Neither the manager or employees show any respect or responsibility for the service they should be providing, don't waste your time or money here!
One of my favorite fast food places. The history and the sliders do it for me every time. Glad to see this American iconic restaurant is still thriving.
Always a good spot to stop in about two hours before they close, please don't overwhelm them after that. Throughout the day is very good as well. They keep a fun and functional crew there. The manager keeps things running smoothly throughout the weekdays, and the weekend crew keeps the line going better than other fast food places. Well lit, easy to maneuver from any direction off of cline and ridge road. In 20 years of going here, I've only been disappointed maybe 4 times.
Let's just say I asked for manager and he cussed me out. Dropping the f word like it was second nature. Order was wrong, I asked about it and then he came out and all I said was this was not what I ordered. My bill should not be this much. I had my son and my father in law with me after a great day at the Indianapolis motor speedway. Horrible experience, I love white castle but I don't think I will ever eat there again.
The gal we have had the last couple times in drive through is such a jewl! Food has been fresh and hot! Great place for a late night snack!
We had a carry out order. Food was good. Service was great. Kitchen staff worked well together to get our order out.
Absolutely the worst experience ever! Ordered my food,got no acknowledgement. Waited for (3) cars in front of me (20 min.). Got to window and charged for person behind me. After getting the difference back in cash,had to ask for my food. NEVER AGAIN,they just lost a customer.
I came from San Diego for this White Castle. Scrumptious as always! I got the chicken rings for the first time they are good but nothing outshines a slider with cheese.
