My food was cold!!! Unbelievable. They wouldn't let me order through the drive through. That should have been my sign to leave. Unfortunately I had the crave. Went inside and I know 9am isn't peak hours, but the burgers were cold. By reading other reviews it seems like an ongoing problem at this location. Never going back there.

The lady at the drive thru last night was so sweet. I work for UberEats so while picking up a customer order, I was gonna order a Vanilla Parfait for myself but she gave it to me on the house. That made my night. I never got her name but she was at the New Lenox restaurant. She's awesome!

This location is so slow. Waited for a doordash order for 20 minutes, but was told they were getting ready right when I arrived. It was around 8 and restaurant was totally empty... Back again with door dash 2 people working nit busy. I asked for order lady said busy memorial day weekend. Lol

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a white castle. I was the only customer at the restaurant and I ended up driving away without food after paying because they were taking so long and i had to get to work. The longer I sat waiting the more I noticed how dirty the restaurant was. I will never go back to this location. Cost me over $21. No food, no refund.

Waiting in line for a long time to get food as this is my second time this happened. Be ready to wait and make sure your food is correct 👍

It was terrible every employee was out side had to wait 5mins for someone to take a order. After get home with the food it was so over cooked!!! Couldn't every eat it!!! Had to throw it out!!! Sad!!! And these people are getting good money to do there Job!!

Even though it was close to closing time I was promptly taken care of. The food was ready quickly and it was fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to find out they gave my order to the car ahead of me. However, the manager was very apologetic once she found out and provided a few future free meals. Unfortunately, when we got home the order wasn't completely right. Note to self, stick to the sliders!
