I don't eat fast food but pick it up often for an elderly friend of mine. The order is almost ALWAYS wrong. Good luck especially if you ask for extra everything. Next time I get it for her, it will be wrong. I'll post pictures. Just not the same great place it used to be.

It's fast food so normally not so good anyways but this place was actually gross. The chicken sandwich and fries were cold. They gave us the wrong drinks and the price changed two times. I won't be returning.

The location was dirty. The condiment counter and the floors were filthy. Please work on keeping your dining room clean! You had enough employees to do it. I counted at least 6 people there. Cleanliness is VERY important!!

First time at a White Castle. Staff was very friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our 30 tasty little burgers. Service was much quicker than expected with the recent speed of other fast food establishments. We only made it through 20 burgers, I was under the impression they were smaller than they actually are. But they all tasted amazing, and we will be back next time we are in town!

If I could give negative stars I would…piss poor service from the entire staff, management included!! I was given incorrect food, missing food items, was not accommodated for their mess up!! Rude staff!! I came from out of town to get this and it was a complete disappointment , time and money wasted!! Paper thin chicken rings, freezer burnt fish nibblers, pepper Jack cheese added on burgers that I did not request!! Fries hard as rock!!! Coke machine barely work… dry burgers!!! What a complete joke!

The new ordering system is weird. You have to agree to the terms before they take your order. Even if you say yes nothing happens and you have to wait until the timer runs down. Very long wait times for food. The employees could be nicer.

I quit eating at fast food for over a year. Though I will stop at white castle for the breakfast toast sandwiches the only thing I'll eat. Toast, egg and cheese

We waited to order but no one spoke on the drive thru and we waited for 7-10 min then one of the employee was blocking the drive thru and when we told her to move she yelled at us and walked away and we didn't get to eat our food! It was an horrible experience and it's never happened to me before God Bless America!
