I was disappointed. Came in and ordered a crave case of 30 cheeseburgers. Young lady (very nice and courteous) said that will be $36. I thought that was kind of high but figured maybe their prices went up. After I paid I looked at the board and it said $33.99 for the crave case cheeseburgers. I mentioned it to what appeared to be the manager. I did say don't worry about it, it's only a couple of bucks and the young lady who waited on me was very nice. What did bother me was immediately to my left was a sign that said 10 cheeseburgers $8.99. If I had gotten 3 of those bags it would have cost me $27 instead of $36 (yes I know, this was my fault, I should have seen this). I don't know, I just think that the employee should have said to me, you can get 3 bags of the 10 cheeseburgers (again, 30 cheeseburgers) and save $9 (even the manager could have given me a credit for the difference). In their defense, I did say to forget about it (I said it in a nice way). I guess I'm just venting because I paid $9 too much. Oh well, if I was rich I probably wouldn't even care. :-)
If you’re looking to get a mid night snack with fast service, DONT come here. I ordered online at 11:45pm and was told my food would be ready at 12:05 am. But!! Once I arrived, I waited over 40 MINUTES in the drive thru line and when I got to the second window, they made me pull around to wait an EXTRA 10 minutes for them to bring out the food. They didn’t even bring the food to my car, they made me walk out of my car to retrieve the food from the employee waiting at the door. I left around 1am with an incomplete order! No way was I going to wait another hour just to receive the other half of my order. Absolutely awful experience!
The drive-through was pretty quickly considering there's was only 2 people inside the restaurant working. The time was was 10:30pm was busy but the ladies through the Drive-thru was happy, friendly, and spoke loud and clear. The two ladies in the restaurant name is Carmen and Afenia. Greeted me as I drove to the window to pay for my order. They seem very happy people, they were very alert had a smile on their face which I really loved and they were very perky and friendly. They were polite and they had patience. They didn't get mad because I wasn't decisive on what sauce I wanted for my chicken rings and my french fries. I wanted to say thank you for great service to Carmen and Afenia.
Manager has a attitude always get my order wrong . Floors were very dirty. Tables needed cleaning . Service slow staff scratching the hear wiping sweat and fixing food without washing hands
I ordered 1 item and she rushed me when u had a full order left. She definitely was unaware how to ring up the food because it took 5 mins to take a small order and mine was basic. If my kid and dad wasn't hungry I would have left...
Pretty good. Very consistent. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Most people don't know that White Castle uses real eggs on the sandwiches. I rather White Castle for breakfast than McDonald's or Bk
I've been to plenty if places but there jalepeno burgers were tge brst I ever tasted the buns were steamed and the food was very hot and killed the crave case among 3 people they were good felt likea pug but couldn't stop eating
The craving hit and I answered by going. Unlike many other places, it was as good as I remember. Someone did forget my sons fries. That’s why 4 instead of 4 stars.
