They must have the original grill. Their burgers are the best. You can actually taste the burger and onions. The buns are steamed and soft. The cheese is always melted. I don't mind the drive to this location because they're the best Friendly staff.
I don't eat their hamburger sliders because they cook them on onions, which I can't stand. I do like their chicken sliders, though, and their bacon and egg sliders. Their fries are better than most fast food places. I didn't grow up in a place that had White Castle, but they are pretty good. Their prices are going up like most places. I hope they don't get much higher, because, they might not be worth what you pay for them.
This is not typical for this location. However, today’s visit was great. Food was very hot. Service speed was moderate. Customer service was good. Clean and managed properly today at about 9:00 PM. Are the manager should follow suit?👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
It was straight for Whities. The wait wasn't that long and the Fry's were hot so that's a plus. They got my burger order right too so them ninjas good with me!
Clearly the employees who work at night don’t know how to read or bag the proper orders. Ordered a door dash with this place for the third time and I was hoping third time was the charm to get it right, but boy was I wrong. How do you forget half of my order once again? That’s just crazy and I hope nobody orders any third party deliveries from this place in the future. I will not be visiting this location again. Truly sad I just spent 44 dollars for one combo, a fry, and a coke. Sickening.
Our family's Thanksgiving tradition for over 50 years. The Lincoln Park location dining area is clean, the staff are VERY friendly and efficient. They made our large group feel very welcome. The manager even offered to take our picture.

Line took forever at 3am, burger boxes were soaked through and wet. Onions are way too big and long. Not the white castles I remember
