Was there a wait? Yes. Did I mind? No. Wasn't too long of a wait. They were busy and working hard to get peoples orders out. Everyone was pleasant. Took our food to our hotel across the street and enjoyed. Funny thing, when White Castle was by me (now closed), I wasn't a fan.. now I wish they were still open.

The food is pretty good. I usally get a case of the jalapeno white castles with pickles and onion nuggets. The food is always fresh. I also appreciate the fact that it is open 24/7 not like most fast-food restaurants today

Took too long. Also, why didn't anybody warn me that white castle was terrible? I thought it'd be good, or at least fun! It was straight up gnarly. The lady was very nice and apologetic about the wait.

Absolutely not good experience tonight 0 stars if I could... I spent well over 20 minutes in the drive-through waiting for 2 items ...I would've left sooner but traffic was bumper to bumper nobody wanted to move ...very disappointed haven't been out to fast food for awhile and just wanted a small sandwich I don't think I'll be returning here for a while

They were friendly and accommodating. The prices have dramatically gone up. Little expensive for a family of four. Good variety.

We came to White Castle because we go here when we are in Ohio. This time, however, was a very different situation. I can understand that the vegan burgers gotta take time, but yall didn't even cook the right... there were no onions and and due to that, they were undercookedoked very slightly, and the buns were also not steamed per the usual cooking method.... the guy in the drive threw was nice but it was not enough to save this experience not to mention we got the crave couch, and it was $43 what the crave case isn't even that much where... how can that be? This is not fancy and the original are only $20...all in all I've been was extremely disappointed in the entire experience... I would not off anyone to go to this location if they are getting impossible sliders... I'm staying home next time...

I visit now and then when a crave hits and they are busy. I love to get the double cheeseburgers. They were hot and fresh.

I mean come on it's White Castle so atmosphere should not be a category. But, best coffee in town and food never disappoints.
