The food is the level that one would expect from a drive-thru after midnight, not terrible. That aside, the biggest issue with this location is the speed. I don't believe I have ever gotten through their drive-thru line in less than 15 minutes, and that's with no more than 4 cars in front of me . Not somewhere I'd stop if I was in any kind of hurry. Though, their staff are generally pleasant.
No White Castle believes it is the worst customer service that's arisen the fast food absolute worst and you'd swear I have two people working there have criminal.... bad ones, very bad. We finally had to leave entire 15 to 20 minutes we were I can see the manager sitting at a table she never moved reading her something or whatever she was reading she did get off for fat Duff to open up the door for a box delivery person who pulled up in some kind of junkie car and that was that all these white castles are absolutely horrible the disgrace of the business community by far....
I was surprised this time by their speed. I was behind a couple of cars and the crew sent them on their way quickly. As far as the food goes, I picked it up for the Mrs. I can't give them a quality review.
Good morning!! All I wanted was breakfast and got a breakfast combo and all the food wasn’t fresh my hash browns were hard and my sandwiches was old. How do you not get fresh food when I was the only one in line. I’m not trippin but just please make sure next time you check the food b4 you bag it and hand it to the customer. Now I have to work 6 hours and b hungry until I get off by the way I work directly across the street at Hodges Subaru!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Idk if it was just me but the cheeseburger sliders were excellent! Lots of onions and pickles on all my burgers. Onion chips and mozzarella sticks were good too! The hi-c orange didn't have a lot of flavor though.

Got the job done. We haven’t had non-freezer, White Castle in 9 years. We’ve missed it since we’ve moved to the other side of the state. Our kid has never had non-freezer and wanted to try the real thing. She loved it. The food didn’t disappoint, as per usual. The dining room was an absolute disaster, however. A dived out ambiance is kinda part of the charm of a Metro-Detroit fast food joint experience, but this was a bit much even when it’s expected. We went for food outside any of the meal rushes, so some of the dining room should have been cleaned. I knocked the stars down strictly due to the lack of cleaning.
Omg just the same as back in the day!!!!! Very clean , employee s were great friendly, helpful!!!!!! Bathroom was neat clean !!!!!! ❤️🙏👍🥰 Very greatful for places like this!!! Good job team ,I know the food is still deeeelicious! 😋 I didn't eat I was picking up delivery(.6/22/23) lunchtime) The crew working at that time deserves a reward!!!! 🏆
