Nicole the general manager was one of the best workers I've met in a fast food restaurant. Me and my family are from south Carolina and white castle was on my bucket list. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and made it a memory I will keep forever.
We always stop here when we travel through my old hometown. Today se stopped in for a Crave Case for the crew and were pleased to find out they had some Barq's Red Cream Soda !! This is only sold in this region, and after searching 7 different t Kroger's and 4 other stores we had given up!! Now we have something to share on our long journey. Thanks again White Castle and Barq's Red Cream Soda❣❣❣
Well I drove up to the drive-thru ordered six White castles and left, did not get a receipt and I asked for one, took my White castles to the bowling alley where we were all bowling and upon opening my White castles three of them had no top buns and I could not just turn around and go back. Very surprised at this! So I am adding to this review 24 hours later. I have called the restaurant twice neither time did I get a live person to answer the phone. I was asked to leave a message of which I did and explained what had happened. I am still waiting for a response from someone at White castles. I did forget to put on there that when I pulled up to the window they tried to hand me the wrong person's food but I didn't think it was relevant, apparently it is it shows the inept personnel that work there.
Went inside to get a couple coffees to go. Wasn't greeted by any of the employees. Four people walked by without acknowledging me even though three looked right at me. Some lady came in (after I stood there for a bit) to complain and without saying a word she was immediately taken care of ahead of me. Finally a woman came into sight and very quickly and professionally took my order. A young guy filled my order very quickly. These two employees are the reason I scored the place so highly. It had a "weird" feel to the place. Not a single smile or greeting. I'll give them another chance because something may have transpired such as a tragic event or such that I wasn't aware of. Coffee was excellent and the food I watched being prepared looked and smelled delicious.
Extremely slow, obviously the slow man behind the counter is fried out of his mind on drugs and the food is litterally thrown togeather in a big mess
I used the drive thru. Service was great but the meat on cheese sliders were dry and almost no onions. Onion chips were well done, almost burnt. Threw them away.
not open 24/7. you’d think management would tell google to update their info.
It is White Castle, the food was good, but it could have been better. It was a little on the cold side. Other White Castles the sliders come out hot and streamy, not this place. The fries were hot.
