I'm usually not the one that does reviews but I literally just left the restaurant. The young lady with glasses served me at the window and was so sweet. First she let me know they were out of the pink lemonade I ordered then apologize for putting me on hold. I hope she sees this just to know she's greatly appreciated.
This was the first time I actually sat inside the white castle and the food was good. It didn't take long to get my order. Everything was fresh. The only problem was that there was no running water in the womens bathroom. When I notified the staff they said that "it's been like that for a while so you are more than welcome to wash your hands in the other bathroom". I thought that was nice. Hopefully they will put a sign up so you know ahead of time. The staff was really pleasant. I would go there again for lunch.
Only rated 2 because they had 5 or 6 people standing around behind counter laughing and joking and we were only people in restaurant and you stand at counter looking at them and they don't acknowledge you and then take forever to get waited on. The food was good. The service is TERRIBLE. Corporate should come and sit back and WATCH 👀 Also it tastes like they always water the pop down too.
The soda machine was down when I visited. I love my grape pop from WC. It always tastes the best from there for some reason 🙄. The customer service was decent... Also, the line was not as long as usual, and my food came out quickly and was packaged well.
Drive thru, soda was Def not pepsi/coke. Tasted like random things mixed together and we had 2 drinks! Both tasted same. Gross.
I’m not understanding why you have a mobile app and can’t use the coupons. Went to this location and I have a large family, but my family of seven, what we have ordered, didn’t even make a CRAVE CASE! I even told them to take their time get the drive thru out and we could wait, cause I have time and they weren’t busy. The little short bald head lady was cussing the whole time because they had to make 28 burgers and fully staffed? Like am I at a restaurant or shoe carnival? If they didn’t have the customers, they wouldn’t have a job! Please stop giving customers hard time ordering for large family and using coupons. Not only that I didn’t get my receipts with the surveys, she bald them right up like her little mean face! I will be taking this to corporate because the service was very horrible and attitudes were even worse. Just non stop cussing with my 5 children present. Do not eat from this location, highly NOT recommending!
Services inside and out was awsome we got this one young man to serve us front counter and drive thru 😀 an he was an good spirits both times
Drive thru stole money. Charged me individually for items when I ordered a combo. Then they never put the cash in the drawer. Thieves. Drive thru closed window while I was asking about it all. Never going back
