Wow, what happen to White Castle? I love their new concept with the open kitchen being so clean and everything looks attractive. The steam buns are great!!
The service was great. It was the cleanest, nicest White Castle I've ever been in. No glass see-through windows! Food prep area was open concept. I never saw that before. Food was brought to me quickly. The food? It was exactly the way I remember it from 20 years or more ago. It satisfies that once in a while urge, and that's all I ever expect.
First time here in a few months. Looks to be the last. Specified in an online order NO CHEESE on the 3 chicken sandwiches. Was even stated on the stores printed receipt. Guess what had cheese? Not to mention cold, soggy fries and onion rings. Get it together castle
Love the little burgers, haven't changed in the last 60 years except the price. Always soft and hot with the diced onions and pickles. I always ask for extra pickles and prefer no cheese. When i have a coupon for bogo cheeseburger, I ask no cheese and no problem. Great deals with coupons, wish they had themmore often, but regardless still a good deal. No senior discount. The coffee smells so good, and the shakes thick yummy goodness. The service is fast and food packaged perfectly if drive thru. Orders have no mistakes. Haven't been inside yet, but since its renovation I am assuming it's probably just as welcoming to adults and children.
I know it's a White Castle but still this was a nice experience. Food was hot and made fresh while we waited. My little one doesn't like onions and they had no problem making onion free sliders. The restaurant was super clean. Restrooms were also clean.
Let me regale you with a great tale. The tale of my white castle experience. A guy in a red hoodie, was a hilariously snooty about me walking over to the drive-through windows after I parked 4 feet away to ask for Ketchup. The doors were all locked, and It was 2am with not a soul around Edit: I just opened my food, and the cheese on my burgers is missing. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my white castle experience has been irreparably tarnished by this harrowing event.
We came to White Castle to try the Double Cheese Sliders and the Chicken Breast Slider Combo. The Double Cheese Sliders was nice and hot, but the flavor was basic, the French Fries was hot and tasteless. The Chicken Breast with cheese was plain with no flavor. Great flavoring drinks. I appreciate the staff customer service, they were welcoming, friendly, patient and helpful with our orders. This location was clean and offers plenty of parking.
They will forget things. Every. Single. Time. Every single time. Yep, not ONCE have I gotten marinara when I order it. EVERY time, it's missing. One time I was even told "it's in the bag," and you know what wasn't? The marinara. It's insanity. Go somewhere else.
