Spent 45 mins waiting for them to greet and take my order at the drive thru. I thought they may have closed shop, so I asked and she told me I "have to be patient". 45 minutes!!! Garbage service
I was stuck in the drive through for 40 min with a restless kid in the back. I had no escape and had to wait all the way until the first window, and my order was still not ready yet. I understand there can be backups but no one should be TRAPPED for 40 minutes! At least communicate or allow us to line up in the parking lot. My god that was a stressful experience!
I was just there last night June 19 3am and It was the worst experience ever. Now its July 4th 2:30am and this store has gotten a better crew on nights. Thank goodness. 12/2/21 Update the night shift is not available, I'm assuming due to short staff. The drive thru is open during days and the staff is very friendly. My burgers were not soggy and the fries and chicken rings were nice and hot!
Great staff at this location. What a wonderful lady they had to serve us. We had such a good time waiting for our 2 separate orders.
This location is dirty. And staff isn't any better. Every time I go in there no matter the time, it's completely empty and looks like a party of 50 just left. Floor is always filthy and sticky and garbage everywhere. The staff isn't very pleasant either.
This was actually my very first time ever going to White Castle in my life (I'm in my early 30's) and I LOVED IT! I don't understand why we don't have one in central Illinois, could y'all work on that? Lol
People were friendly. I ordered prior to arriving, and my order was ready when I got there. The problem I had was one of my chicken rings had what looks like a web of some sort in the center. How does that even happen?
Ok, I know its White Castle but I just had to say, the service was excellent! Its clean in there and Norma and Samantha were fantastic. They were very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. It is just so nice to see people doing the best at their job and making a difference. A smile goes a long way these days.
