I always like to have Whataburger every time we go on a road trip. I didn't even know they had locations in MS. I'm glad they do. I really enjoyed the food, and customer service is what you would expect from a 24 location.

Whataburgers are generally good clean restaurants and this one followed their golden rule. Only complaint when I ordered was the lady did not ask if we wanted to add cheese to our #1 orders. So we were disappointed when our burgers had no cheese. But it was still good and the fries were nice and hot. We don't eat fast food a lot, but when we do...this is what our go-to place is because there is not one near us in Collierville TN.

A tray of cinnamon is the best late night treat! Took one out and popped it in the microwave for 30 seconds and that’s it!!! Yaaaassss

Impatient , onions was very musty ,not good at all the service was horrible received my food with it looking like they threw it into the bag , managers attitude was horrible , only 1 worker was great and that was the one who received the payment

Awful. Went through the drive through at about eleven pm and they had cars stacked up against each other to help with ‘window times’ so it looked to corporate that the car had gotten its food faster than it actually did. It’s a common fast food tactic. The trouble starts here. Because of the stacking of cars, when a person trying to leave was a foot or two away from our car, and they began backing up, we honked at let them know we were there.. They ignored us and backed up again, this time mere inches from backing straight into me on the passengers side. When m we honked one more time to prevent injury to our family. The manager proceeded to come outside and began berating US about how he wasn’t that close, and could clearly see us not to back into us. The manager had no right to step in and begin screaming at us, when all we did was gently honk to make sure someone didn’t hit us. No swearing, no rude gestures, just a simple honk.i wonder if the manager personally knew the person in question, but there was almost a wreak tonight had we not honked. I’m still shaking. We didn’t get the food and won’t be back. Awful.

Staff lives up to the standards that makes Whatabuger stands for. Highly recommend for others to go there

Totally messed up a simple order of a burger and nothing else (see receipt). It wasn't just a minor error, but the exact opposite of what we wanted. Like they were reading "yes" as "no" and no as yes. So I called to let them know about the mistake, drove 10 minutes to go back and pick up the burger. Now here's where the 1 star rating comes in: the woman working the counter looked at me like I was trying to CHEAT them out of a second burger! This was after I showed her the incorrectly made burger and receipt. No apology, nothing. Maybe they do have a problem here of people trying to cheat them by making false complaints, but she should know I'm not wasting my time (and giving a bad review) over a JUNIOR kids burger! So frustrating! Don't go here if you value accurately made orders and employees who value customers instead of treating them like crooks.

While we were waiting for our food, a man came in shouting at everyone saying he was going to take them out. The police were called but the man had already disappeared. This made everyone very uncomfortable including the manager. We were happy to quickly finish our meal so we could leave before something bad happened.
