1st time stopping here... WoW! Just wow.. Service was spot on, staff was super friendly and smiling. So delightful!! The food was prepared quickly and tasted as well as a burger should. Way to go staff!! A++ service all around.
Stopped here as we were traveling for the holidays and the service was awesome!! We were able to get breakfast and lunch items and the fries were freshly out with just the right amount of saltiness. Linda, the lady who waits on the tables for refills and such was such a joy to be around!!
Waited 30 min for 2 breakfast tacos and when asked about order turns out they forgot about it. It was just us and 2 other customers. Terrible service. Girls attending there are rude and lack customer service skills. Managment needs to step up and train workers.
Always so good, forgot to take a pic, my boys loved the buy one get one bleu cheese burger from the app, OOOO AND BE SURE TO TASTE THE LIMITED EDITION 2ND BATCH OF SPICY KETCHUP, 🔥 SO GOOD, HOPE THEY KEEP IT❣️
The breakfast bowl is super delicious and breakfast sandwiches are really good too, biscuits are soft and service was fast even with long lines.
Every time I eat whataburger, something is missing, granted I place large order's and unless the receipt is looked at, the last few items are missed. I ate in store and was missing my order. It did get made but 15 minutes later. My oldest child 10, complained that the burger patty tasted burnt, which we frequent whataburgers at least once month and normal everything is fine but missing items normally. Personally prefer my local whataburgers.
Very nice Whataburger compared to my home town, service was excellent, food was spot on. I even went back the 2nd day I was in Robstown
I've been to a number of Whataburger locations and while this one wasn't bad I was slightly disappointed. The burger was too greasy in my opinion, I even ended up with a pool on the paper that dripped out as I ate it. I usually enjoy onion rings but while these were crispy they were a bit too oily. The service was also a little slower than I'm used to. Otherwise it was good and delivered about what you would expect at a fast food place.
