I stopped in to the Glenpool Whataburger location this morning around 11:15 am to order lunch for my crew (11 combos To-go) and I was really impressed with the service. The staff was nice, the food was hot, my order was correct, and it was fast. Since my order was so large they bagged up each combo and put it in cute Whataburger tote bags. A staff member even helped me out to my car with my order. Very impressed, Thank you!
Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a couple of large meals. The employee taking payments and making drinks was super nice. I drove the 2 miles home and opened the plastic bag that the paper bag was in to find what is pictured. The paper bag was wet all down one side. The fries were cold and the container wasn't full. They were awful. The burger was warm at best, but it had good flavor. It would have been excellent if it had been hot. While eating, I realized I had not been offered any condiments. Some spicy ketchup would have helped the fries be more edible. I don't recall ever having a bad experience at a Whataburger, but this was a close call. The silver lining was that at least the order was made the way I asked for.
The ambiance is similar to In 'n Out Burger. I think because it goes for that old drive in decor. The burgers are great. I try to eat something new when I'm there. The shakes are great if you can handle the calories. This place was very clean and the staff was friendly.
Me and the wife came by to enjoy the breakfast burger they have and an were not only actually greeted warmly but the food was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the food was wonderful. Definitely recommend coming in and sitting down. Excellent service in a time were most fast food employees are lacking.
Went in today 9/9 at 10:15. 4 people inside, no cars holding up drive thru. The cashier tells me they won’t take any new orders for 20 min because “there’s only 4 of us and we are overwhelmed and need a minute”. Excuse me?! She reiterates. I’ve filled a complaint to corporate. They need to fire the entire staff at this location.
This was my first time trying Whataburger. I was excited because I’ve heard great things. The person taking our order was helpful but they really messed up our order. Forgot fries, which we caught but also forgot one of sandwiches which we didn’t catch and by the time we did we were too far down the road. The burger we got was cold 😢and the chicken wrap was watery. 😯 I will try again but not this location.
Took like 15 minutes to get one meal out. They seemed to not have concern over the dining room. Five tables were waiting in the dining room. One guy was talking to his buddy on break another went to do trash. Customer care is at a low
Don’t go here late a night during any local game day. I waited 45 minutes for my meal: their usual manager keeps things moving but the lady tonight just ran around talking about the cash in the register - I didn’t see her do any managing the entire time I was there. My fries were soggy, unsalted and cold when I got them. Also I was offered no condiments and the orange fanta tasted so strange it made my stomach hurt!
