I've been coming here for over 20 years. I usually arrive with a list of what to order and take home to family. If you know Whataburger, this is one of the better ones here in the Valley. This location has consistently had fresh and good food and reasonable prices, but it seems that management has raised the bar of excellence a few notches this last year with customer service. Out of habit, I always check my order before leaving, and they've gotten it right consistently this last year. Plenty of parking, handicapped ♿️ spaces available, what I saw was clean. They could improve the way they pack food to go. When you stack three burgers in a bag, and some are double meat burgers, the ones in the middle and bottom get smashed flat. Overall, this is a nice Whataburger, and I recommend it.
I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and there is little to no buffalo sauce on it. My partner had the jr bacon burger and it was very salty.
Drive thru line was full on both lanes. Waited so long that when I got my food from drive thru and arrived home my food was cold. Fries ruined all soggy. Normally I don't have issues here but tonight this really wasn't a good experience.
High school kids seem snobby for no reason wanting nothing to do with customers. Gave me a cold cinnamon roll without a fork or napkins sadly. I guess cinnamon rolls to them are to be eaten like burgers now? Speaking of burgers, when ordering a hot and spicy burger, for $11 I should have a hot and spicy burger. Not a plain burger outside with a hot and spicy center (in flavor) and not even be hot enough to melt both slices of cheese included in the burger. Usually a pleasurable experience, now has turned into a less decent experience since the summers start.
Food is great but there’s always something missing / wrong with the orders. I haven’t been receiving a correct order. Either they give me the incorrect drink, no condiments, no fries, or regular bread when toasted bread was requested. Same thing happens when I go to a different location.
I don't know why every time I ask for a #1 only mustard, ketchup and extra pickles, they always mess this up when taking my order. The guy at the second window was nice and help correct my order but food was made super sloppy. Mustard all over the wrapping paper and very little ketchup. It's 3 ingredients for them to mess up a burger that much. Also we got Cokes and they gave us root beer or a watered down Dr.P.
Always great going to this location Double meat combo. 8-07-23 I tried the Whataburger Southern bacon burger It was super good. I used a coupon too. Definitely get this burger again.
Our meals where so delicious thanks to great service and accepting our coupon from another store who messed up our meals but this one got it right burgers fresh fries fresh and milk shake perfectly done thanks guys good job
