The food is great. Our food was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. There large drinks are insanely big which is good thing. There is a fair but of a wait but thats because they cook your food fresh. The customer service was average but overall we enjoyed the food.
Their breakfast burgers are great! I had mine with sausage (which had a kick to it) & my husband had bacon. Their hash browns were hot, fresh & crispy. They are some of the only fast food hash browns we will eat.
The person who took our order was friendly. The food was hot and tasted fine. However, if you are in a hurry and want your order to be correct, find someplace else to go. There were three in our group, and 2 of us had problems with our order. We had to wait about 10 minutes before the first order came out. While we were waiting, 2 people came in saying their drive-thru order was wrong.
Messed up my order 3 times, computer was the cause, but manager was more than willing to fix it for me! Food was so-so, fries were hot and good, burger had room for improvement, spicy ketchup was good, sweet tea was just right
Went after-work at 1am. Never had a problem. Good was made on timely manner and always hott. Workers are nice. Place always clean
Good location. Haven't ever had an issue here and service is usually pretty fast. Can be very busy on Friday and Saturday nights
Worst Whataburger in Amarillo! Ordered a Chicken Strip meal #13 w country gravy and what was giving was pretty much water that looked cloudy. It spilled out into the box and make the toast soggy and it was all over the chicken which if it was actual gravy that would of been fine but instead it's just soggy chicken as well. The guy that helped me was great but the food SUCKED!!!!
The people obviously don’t care about their jobs. Understandably I’ve worked at whataburger. The food is bad. Everything was cold. The chicken, the biscuit, the egg and the cheese wasn’t melted at all because it was all cold. There was hardly and honey butter which made me more mad when I realized there wasn’t any butter on the biscuit either. They used to use a brush to put melted butter on the tops of the biscuits when they come out of the oven. Not anymore now it’s dry and cold. Good luck with ordering but I suggest something else like a breakfast burrito at another place. Not here.
