Over my :30 lunch break... Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo only at the drive thru. Had to sit in mobile waiting area for almost 10 minutes finally got my food. Drove 2 miles back to work and realized my sandwich has mayo, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes, and some nasty looking lettuce. Drove back to Wendy's, it's 12:30 my lunch just ended and now I'm late for work... I asked for a refund and they told me they can't give refunds, Wendy's corporate has to send you a refund in the mail... I'll never eat at this place again... I realize people make mistakes but my lunch was over by the time I would have received the correct order. So a refund was in order, kinda ridiculous that I paid with cash but they wouldn't return it to me... May never eat at Wendy's ever again...

Very friendly staff, super hot fresh food and the ghost pepper sauce is awesome!

This was the weirdest Wendy's experience I've ever had. It was like we stepped into the Twilight Zone. Nobody was paying attention in there. They were Ll standing around, moving extremely slowly. People were getting orders wrong, forgetting parts of orders constantly, and they were just aimlessly standing around at points as if there wasn't about 15 customers standing there waiting for food in the restaurant. I got my order, but a family member was waiting over 20 minutes for a biggie bacon cheeseburger and fries. She ended up just getting a refund for her meal at that point and canceling the order. It was horrendous. Never had such an experience at a Wendy's anywhere in the country like I did at this one. Just bizarre as can be. It was also just a out 2pm and there were no baked potatoes for anyone else as I had apparently gotten theast one somehow. Meanwhile there's literally potato farms surrounding the restaurant....

Last 3 times i’ve been there, there was hair in my food. I went there tonight and asked for a dave’s double, which is what i paid for. We got up to the window and the manager and 2 coworkers talked poorly of us right at the window as if we couldn’t hear them. I got home to eat my burger and it’s lathered in spicy sauce.

I put in an online order and it was completely wrong and cold. And the drive thru guy could have used a shower. We definitely will not be returning to this location. Hard to believe and sad at how bad this place has gotten.

My son has been working at the Wendy's on Shoop Ave. For months now, he is 16 yrs old and has been treated horrible there. Management does not care as to how minors are spoken to or treated. Parents don't let your children work at Wendy's on Shoop Ave. They will be token advantage of and yelled at. I will be making a formal grievance!

They messed up pretty much our whole order. Gave my husband the wrong sandwiches, used the wrong burger patties on both my daughter's and my sandwiches, didn't give my other daughter the right amount of nuggets (ordered 10 received 7), and shorted us a fry. Sandwiches... Eh whatever, just eat em because I don't like to complain. I told them that they shorted us a fry, they apologized, and said they'd be out in one minute. We waited about 10 minutes and never received the fries. I was tired and just wanted to go home so we just left.

Ordered a single at the drive thru. Unwrapped the sandwich , did not see any meat which typically extends from the edge of the bun. Took the lid off to find two small pieces of meat, so small the bun completely covered the meat. This was not a single and should never have been served. Did not eat it.
