I work here as a closer. FYI; please Do NOT get the ghost pepper fries. I don't know why they're okay with it but any of the fries that go in the black container is supposed to be equivalent to a small fry so when you get that ghost pepper fry, you're getting sauce that we will give you for free or maybe 30 cents for the sauce, and a small fry for $3.70 the small fry is only like $2.30 so even if you do pay 30 cents for the sauce you're saving over a dollar and getting the same amount of fries to just order small fry with a side of ghost pepper sauce.( make sure u don't get ghost pepper nugget sauce though, it's different I think.)
Overall experience was good but it's the only wendys i have been to that you can't fill your own drink sonic you want a refill and it's busy you are just out of luck
This is quite possibly my worst fast food experience of all time, and is certainly for DoorDashing. I waited so long in line that a second order came through more than 10 minutes after arriving. It took them 5 minutes to take the order of the car in front of me and another 7 minutes to give them their order. I finally received my first DoorDash order, and they said I had to go through the drive thru line again even though the order was supposed to have been ready 10 minutes prior. I think I’d have to have a $100 order for me to ever come back to this Wendy’s.
They are always the best!!! Love Warsaw Wendy’s! Russ made sure my sandwiches were color coded after hours! Great service.
Order chicken biscuit they didn't even give me my chicken. Nice note on their drive thru window that says be kind to the people that show up. 😂. Yeah and maybe take an order and complete it and you would be amazed.
Had black hair wrapped around my son’s chicken nugget (4 pack). So disgusting.very rude employees, seemed like it was a hassle to take my order.
