Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Waianae

I enjoy Wendy’s at Waianae Mall for a number of reasons. Whopper Jr. is the perfect size for me. Vegetables always taste fresh. Old style facility but kept perfectly clean. Staff is always friendly courteous and friendly. Great location close to Long’s Drug Store, Bank of Hawaii, and City Mill.

I helped with the teams involved to build this location from scratch about 3 years ago! The location has a very clean and modern build and theme with a very nice and contemporary layout. The staff was nice and attentive.

Stale fries. Some batons (fries) have their tips literally black. Fries couldn't hold straight. No black pepper. No mayo. No salad I ordered after I payed Both drink fountains had water on the floor. Instead of mopping they just placed a yellow warning sign. Croutons were reduced to the size of crumbles. Bathroom filthy. Dining room open to homeless people collapsed on tables sleeping. Standing in front of the counter No one would serve me busing filling what seemed a large order of many fries bags. Major improvement is needed in personnel due to what seems poor management. Possibly team leader is the daughter of the owner not understanding the essence of serving customers or maintaining the facility up to the industry standards.

Burger tasted old fries were cold. We only lived 5 minutes away. And it wasn't good and fresh. Although my family went to the other location, they brought me the same items from Kapolei, and it was warmer than the one I had earlier, and the fries tasted fresh. It didn't make sense that some place 30 minutes away was fresher than the 5-minute location from my home.

Most of the time if you have bought something and gotten your food but return to the counter for an extra fork or some sauce other fast food places immediately acknowledge you and give you what you need. Not this Wendy’s. They also change sauces on salads or burgers so often you can’t decide what you actually enjoyed or want to buy. Then there’s the soda. One machine is always nearly empty and the other one has no carbonation. All the drinks taste horrible and make me regret choosing something so close to home again.

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant because it's not so crowded and the workers are friendly and the music is good as well . They fast services they provide is wonderful fast and always smiling to help . Thank you to all the workers there fo the kindness of comfort to relax and enjoy the experience of aloha

So disappointed with the change to the salads. Instead of having a grilled chicken breast on the salad, it's now 4 tiny bites of chicken breast, for the same price of course. No longer worth purchasing.

Love Wendy's like any other fast food place this let's you charge your phone and has great burgers 🍔. Don't forget to grab a small chocolate or vanilla ice cream 🍨🍦🍨🍦. Mahalo n Aloha
