Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Urbandale

Edit * morning manager replaced our meal and was very nice so updated to four star :) Ordered over an hour before close, was missing my baconator and my other sandwich was complete wrong, supposed to have bacon and no cheese, came without bacon and had cheese on it. Tried to call store to rectify the situation and they would not answer the phone. Called 4 times. I will be calling tomorrow and hopefully the management in the morning will help me. Absolutely ridiculous!

This was by far the friendliest wait staff I've had the pleasure of ordering from in several years! They were all pleasant, professional and helpful. Especially since the pandemic, most employees really don't seem to care and this crew really works well as a team and makes their customers feel cared for. I was there Saturday night around 7pm on 1/28/23.

Always great service and food is normally fresh and hot. I go here a lot and the few times I have had an issue they were quick and happy to take care of it.

It's Wendy's. Haven't been in a long time, but thought I'd give them a shot after a rough day. $5 biggie bag deal was perfect. Small burger, small fry, 4 nuggets, swap out the soda for a frosty = satisfaction How can they improve: figure out why the nuggets don't hit the spot. Fries could've been better (they weren't very crispy, but all the fast food places seem to have this problem)

This was the last time I ever purchased a chicken sandwich at any Wendy's. Over $10 for a combo, and the chicken is thinner than the hard chewy breading around it.

What can I say? Mom loves her diet lime coke. Freestyle coke is great. The potatoes are always perfect, the salads, sandwiches, and sides prepared to order. Consistently great service.

Has always been one of the most reliable late night fast food offerings in the area. They do a good job, but I recommend custom ordering your Dave's Single to ensure you get one freshly made.
