Super friendly staff doing their best, got treated awesome by a Rashon there while getting a somewhat odd order. Even though he seemed a bit overwhelmed he kept up professionalism and was very nice about it. From what I understand they're super understaffed most of the time at night so they're closing hours widely vary from night to night almost. Lobby often closed Just do the fact they don't have enough people to man the front. I'm grateful they continue to try their best even with low staff to get food to people while staying calm and kind. Thank you for all you guys do and stay Frosty 😁

I ordered a Biggie bag. I got my food quite rapidly. Opened up my chicken sandwich. Not cooked all the way through. Cheese was not even melted. The worst was that they put two pieces of uncooked bacon. They were practically squealing at me. I went and told them what was wrong and the lady gave me 2 pieces of charred, black bacon. Terrible service. Terrible food. I would not recommend this place.

If you order online, make sure you check your order before you leave. It just may be cold because it was made 2 hours prior to the time you had programmed to pick it up. Nothing like a cold burger and fries to get you in a crabby mood. I will be checking every online order I place from now on.

This was the large fries given, only thing I ordered l. Someone was rude over intercom but it was the afternoon rush and makes sense. Third time visiting this location, second time they messed up an order.

Decided to close the store in the middle of taking our order... 😐 thought maybe the speaker broke so we pulled to the window... got weird looks from all service members present. 😐 if you were gonna close just let us know that you're closing instead of completely being silent?

They gave me the wrong order. I paid for a number 2 medium combo and got a classic cheeseburger. I am too far to drive back and ask for the correct order

The gal at the counter was directly told by manager to stop taking orders and to do her onlines waiting to be bagged. We sat in line, sith bo people behind us, for 20 minutes before walking out and going through the drive through to wait 5 minutes to get food instead. The girl was obviously new, and the only support the manager gave was to give more food items to bag, not to help sell the food to currently waiting customers. He even remarked there being food waiting 10 minutes, while we were waiting for 15 minutes to still even get our order taken.

I love Wendy’s food, always have. I worked there from 16 yrs old to 19 when they didn’t have computer screens in front of the employees to tell them what the customers had ordered. Everything was called out over a microphone and you had to remember it and make the order the way the customer requested. We rarely had things brought back that were made incorrectly. I went to the location in Tualatin today. I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato. Extra, chives, extra, extra sour cream, and extra, extra butter. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, add cheese, extra mayonnaise, add onion, plus extra onion and a bacon and cheese potato. Add chives, sour cream and butter. I also asked if the baked potatoes were fresh and was told that they were. One of the potatoes we received was definitely old and it was a weird yellowish brown color and tasted bad. Evidence that it had been in the warming oven over 2 hours or very close to the two hour holding time. There was hardly any chives on this potato, the other one was fresh, had one or two chives pieces, a decent amount of cheese and bacon. However, we only received three packets of sour cream for two potatoes, no butter, no salt and pepper and I specifically asked for spoons as well and did not receive receive them. On my sandwich there was no cheese. There was two measly pieces of onion and a bunch of pickles that I never asked for. Two different people took my order and I had to repeat what I wanted several times. Between the two, it should have been correct. I will say that the young man who took the payment and gave us our food was very kind as was the two that took my order. It is very frustrating to go through a drive through, having repeated the order to ensure it was correct only to get home and have it incorrect. I know my order was not simple and was somewhat complicated, but I would appreciate it if more could be done for everyone who dines in or out to ensure correctly made food in the future.
