Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Trussville

Watched employee walk out to vehicle in front of us and take our order back from the car. She then proceeded to swap food into new bag and hand it to me. Then argued it was new food. Also food prepared incorrectly. (See pic)

Needs to be taken over by a real manager and more employees. Inside is nonexistent now and drive thru is always long and slow, seems like only 2 people run the building.

Food quality is not what it used to be. 3-27-23 Stopped by for lunch, line wrapped around the building. Once I made it to the speaker there was a sign saying system down drive around. So everyone assumes we are to order at the window. After waiting in line & finally getting to the window we are told that they only have 2 people working & the system is back up & we have to drive BACK AROUND & order at the SPEAKER... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS after waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Poor management, poor customer service. I'm done...

I stopped to get dinner after work and the food and service was great. Even though there weren't many workers there I still got through quickly and they were very nice

After 10pm service atrocious. Waited at the drive thru speaker at least a full 5mins before I finally called put "hello????", and then I immediately got a reply, " can u wait for a moment please?". Lol oookay. Hours posted show open until midnight, however, I was there at 11PM sharp. Before I even had been handed back my debit card, while I was waiting at the window, suddenly the entire facility & signs on the lot all were turned off. I was a bit uneasy feeling with that, because I wasn't expecting all of the lights to go out at 11:10PM😬 I was ready to flee from their lot just as much as they clearly wanted us to leave them alone. Trust me. The Wendy's on 280 & the one on Lorna rd are both way above the level the Trussville one is, with customer service, friendliness & quality of the food received.

I paid almost 13$ for a number 9 combo which is the ghost pepper chicken sandwich with fries an I wanted to swop the spicy chicken for a regular chicken pattie. But I received a hamburger pattie instead of chicken. They really need more staffing that's dedicated to their job with pricing going up on everything I just wanted what I paid for an I didn't get that from service to the food just garbage I will never go back there.

Edit from OG: Line in Drive thru, waited..and waited...only to find out theyre closed at 10 on a Sunday. Signs removed, no signs outside saying closed though... just a line of cars. Shouldve looked i guess but they should have a noye on the window. Look, you're gonna wait longer than other places. But the food is always fresh and accurate, which beats everywhere else.

Nice people on shift when I was there. They got my order right and served me with a smile!
