Went through the drive up and ordered a triple plain and a single plain. They gave me my drink, with no straw, and had me pull up to wait on the food. Came out with the food, still no straw. I had to ask for the straw. Triple was ok the single was basically raw. Called back and the mailbox was full. No surprise with a 3 star rating. Glad I checked the burger before I gave it to my son.

Such a good experience! Went through drive-thru and ordered a kids meal. Lady taking my order was so polite and accurate. Person at the window was also amazing!! The apples came in a cute cup, everything was fresh, and the kids toy made me, a grown adult, excited.

I've tried this Wendy's a time or two just to make sure that the service and food wasn't always horrible. Well unfortunately it is always the same, absolutely horrible. Ordered a simple chocolate frosty, but what I didn't realize was you also had to order a spoon, straw and napkins as well. No line for the drive thru, 3 cars in the parking lot, 2 employees inside and one outside taking a smoke break. You guessed it the cars belonged to the employees.The best thing that this Wendy's could do is close, clean house from top to bottom and start over.

I never leave a review over one bad experience because that's not fair. However, consistent awful service is worthy of note. Orders are constantly incorrect. Attitude of staff is uncaring and slow. We love Wendy's food but it's the only one in the area so we've seen the consistency this place has to offer. If you want to fight for the food you ordered, feel incredibly unwelcome, and sit in a flooded and smelly lobby then come on down to this location.

After giving up on fast food chains years ago for any satisfaction, we had two good experiences at this Wendy’s. Of course, they just had to change that. After giving us the wrong order and the drive through girl handing me drinks without even looking at me, I was angry when we got home. Ordered burger with no Mayo and guess what…yeah. Ordered a large fry and look….maybe filled up halfway. What’s the point of having large size containers if you’re not gonna fill them? Never again.

Me and a small group of coworkers visited the Travelers Rest store for lunch. After walking in, the cashier and the lady that was dressed as the manager had a loud conversation saying “you were right, there’s those food Lion people again. Every other Wednesday” while rudely staring at us the entire time. Granted there were 9 of us and it can be overwhelming when it gets busy, we were not the only people in the restaurant trying to order lunch. They continuously made comments about “the food lion people. And why do they have to come all at one time”. I would have gladly done the customer survey, but not one person in our group was given a receipt even after asking for one.

I worked 35 years for a Wendy's Franchise... this restaurant was a filthy mess! Dirty, no receipt for our order. Catsup pumps (2) were empty, the pump tops on the side, napkins empty, ice tea urns were both empty, no straws. Our order was for dine in, served in bags, and had no trays. I always like stopping at Wendy's because quality is their recipe, not here.

No one would take our order. We sat in the line with one other car for 20 minutes. The car in front of us honked the horn several times, asked an employee who was taking the trash out to let someone know there’s cars waiting, still no one to take our order. Six cars drove off before we gave up. I wouldn’t want the food at this point. Terrible service.
