This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It was only 8pm and they were already starting to close. They closed out the front registers and you could only order at the Kiosk. You couldn't order if you were paying cash, which left a few customers extremely upset and leaving in rage. They were extremely slow. I waited over a half an hour for my order to be completed. And they didn't even have a fry scooper. They were picking up the fries with their hands. In the picture below you will see the guy that collects the garbage was picking the fries by hand and putting them in a fry container. And he also was extremely rude to one of the customers that stormed out of there. I would never recommend this location. Stay away!!!!!!

This was one of the dirtiest restaurants that I have ever been in. Ketchup all over the floor and tables. Soda machine was covered in dried Soda. We watched another customer have to wipe his own table down. Definitely need a district manager to make appearance

My fiancée is a Truck Driver and just visited the location about 20-30 minutes ago. They got his order wrong only gave him 1 patty when he was supposed to have 2. Of course, he didn't check his food until he made it to his truck. He had to go walk all the way back and they refused to make his entire order over until he requested a refund and the manager came. Smh. His fries was cold. So you wanted him to have a remade burger and cold a** fries ?? No customer, no home training. You Guy's need more customer service training at this location. He will not return. Almost forgot once they remade the order the forgot the lettuce the second time but put the second patty on. 😒

The first time I went was a nice young man serving us very respectful gave me a free Frosty because I said I like them to another customer. The second time I went we were served by a grumpy old lady. The restaurant is in a truck stop so the atmosphere is hurry up and leave but the food was good.

Sat in line formore than 30 minutes before being able to pull up and give my order (there were no more than 6 cars in line). The same white car was at the window that whole time. When I finally gave my order then pulled up to the window I sat for another 10 minutes at the least waiting looked over & saw employees there standing around chatting not taking the order of the person behind me. I got my food order and the food was cold.

I would have to say, the worst Wendy's ever, unbelievable, look the Chicken sandwich was so cold it wouldn't even melt the cheese, these fries were horrible it's crazy. Not sure what the Extra was? The girl was nice so I had to give at least one. Tables dirty too.

Received the wrong order at the drive thru. Didn't look until I was home. Kid at the drive thru was enjoying himself with the friends that were in front of me. I love seeing young people enjoying their job until it takes away from customer service. Paid $25 for two meals! Not cheap folks, pay attention to the details and take pride in every order YOU put out.

Someone please fire these folks and start over. Cashier acted like I'm an inconvenience coming in. Like today was the worst day of his life and tomorrow will be worse. No greetings no thank you, nothing...wow...not sure if there's a manager on duty but the responsibility starts there.
