Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Taos

Customer service is very poor not a single smile on any of the employees....If I worked or owned this franchise I would terminate all that are working...and Start with a New Crew even the Managers new....I only ordered a drink to many flies in the restaurant and my primo waited 20 minutes ....Just for food....order was at 12:48 Its now 1:03 also I recommend a different place I will not return to this Wendy's Taos location...unless it's with a whole New staff

Didn't even get to eat here but the service was absolutely garbage. The drive thru line was a little longer than expected so we WERE going to go in, except we were immediately turned away by 3 employees who were standing in the lobby. I assume (and hope) they were off and just waiting for a ride home. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt but still not a great way to promote your business. I know it's just a Wendy's but there used to be standards for every establishment. We got back in our car and tried the drive thru again, sat there for a good 15 mins and the line DID NOT MOVE. We left the parking lot and never looked back.

I ordered a combo chicken sandwich meal with a coke. When order was brought out everything was ok until I looked at my coke. Low and behold no ice. Went back to register I asked where my ice was. Employee said ice machine was broken. I wondered why I was not told when I ordered. Employee said it sucks. Couldn't get a refund. Poor management. I feel like I should be given a free meal. I did not drink my coke because it was hot. Never again eating at Wendy's.

I ordered green chili on my burger and didn't get it. The buns were very cold like they just came out of a refrigerator. We ate cuz we were hungry, had to take my bun off to do so tho

Had a late dinner decided to go to Wendy's, drive through, staff was amazing they were kind and took the time to offer some suggestions on drinks and food, I highly recommend the ice tea Cady shack and peach flavor, they were delicious, thanks to the drive through attendant manager for the suggestions.... will definitely return.

I was out of town and ordered food for my son to be delivery. Something went wrong with the delivery company. When I called to check as to why it hadn't been delivered Melissa apologized because the mistaken could not be corrected in a way for the delivery service to follow to follow thru. Melissa then delivered the food herself and threw in a frosty. Wow! Above and beyond! She deserves a raise!!

Big sign as I walked in saying no salads available. Ordered a ghost pepper ranch sandwich which did not have a bunch of the ingredients on it that is supposed to have. Fountain drink machine was messed up and didn't have the right mix. Probably the worst Wendy's food that I have ever eaten.

Thought they were closed at first. Not a soul to be found. Looked around saw someone, was asked to wait. I declined. I was freaking hungry and annoyed. Got the double stack and frosty . . .was super yummy and hot . . . oh and freshly made !!
