Normally I give all fast food chains three stars unless there’s some thing that is spectacular. This was the opposite. This Wendy’s is in poor shape. This one needs to invest significantly into the dining room area. There are Holes in the seats, tape on other seats. The TV and the fireplace don’t work. Letters on the wall are peeled off. One of the Coke machines doesn’t work. One table/bench is broke. Trash is on the floor. Generally the restaurant is very dirty. Dave has already rolled over in his grave. The food was what you expect and the service was friendly. I would recommend the employees hats and visors get washed at least once per month. They are quite dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and smelly too, with no paper towels. They need to increase the cleaning schedule and quality.

I walked in right after breakfast was over. I asked if they could accommodate any breakfast options and the person who was taking the order and the manager Tasha said yes with a smile. I’ve NEVER been to a fast food place that made me feel this good about an experience!

This particular Wendy's was a complete mess. From the outside the store looked clean and updated. If I were to run in and back out simply to pick up a mobile order and pay no other attention it probably would've seemed the same. If you spent one second more in there you would've second guessed getting your food from this place. They weren't that busy for the half an hour we spent inside. In short: neither of the two self serve kiosks worked; half the digital menu boards weren't on or working; no one spoke up to offer assistance; the floors behind the counter were filthy; many tables had food or grease spots all over the surface; most of the booths had tattered duct tape over torn spots; the men's restroom was one of the worst I've seen (I'll leave that one at that); and one of two soda machines was also out of order. We chose to order here before noticing the gross parts of that list, but we did it via the app so that we could see the menu and deals since nothing at the counter seemed to be working. I selected my order to be dine-in and it noted that it would be ready shortly and show up on the monitor when ready. It did not show up on the monitor. I go up to the counter and it was in a mobile order bin and packaged for carryout. Unfortunately it seems to be the norm at most places to not train the workers to pay attention to mobile order details as 95% of my mobile orders through any business are improperly managed (except Chick-fil-a). Ironically I'm only selecting options they give me. Finally, there were no ketchup pumps in either of the two round spots for them. Only ketchup packets were available. I DESPISE ketchup packets.

WOW!! I mean we are all used to the droning welcome and the attitude when you adjust your order and that what I was expecting but BOY WAS I WRONG! Today was absolutely phenomenal coming to wendy’s ! Everyone was kind and welcoming. It was extremely clean inside very efficient. Our food was ready by the time we got to the window. Marvelous! The fries were hot ! You name it, they did it! They lady taking orders was amazing!

Employee failed to mention that they were out of soda products before placing and paying for our order. When asked if they had any soda options behind the counter for the drive thru service, the apparent ‘manager’ rudely responded “we don’t have no soda!” I know it’s just a Wendy’s, but is there any such thing as decent customer service anymore? How about pride in one’s business? Additionally, the place is falling apart inside.

My dad and I got biggie bags and mine was the jr cheeseburger deluxe. It had nothing on it but one pickle and onion and a little splat of Ketchup and mustard and the patty looked crushed. I had them remake it, no big deal and it came out great the second time and had lettuce and tomatoe like it was supposed to. But they also didn't give us straws or napkins, and there was 0 salt on the fries so I had to go back and ask for packets and grab the straws and napkins and nuggets were cold and they forgot BBQ. Staff was friendly even when asked to remake the burger so I feel bad leaving a 3 star but it seems they're lazy and forgetful. Also bathroom was disgusting but I guess that's to be expected at any fast food restaurant. Gotta say the strawberry frosty was amazing tho

The Wendy's in Sturbridge MA has a lot of problems. They consistently are unable to take any orders or accept credit/debit card payments. They often close the dining room during business hours. The inside of the restaurant also usually has flies in it.

Got drive through. Baconator was made completely wrong with no bacon and a bunch of stuff that doesn’t go on that burger (onions, lettusce, etc). Brought it inside, made me another, was an exact copy of the burger I sent back. Imagine a Wendy’s that doesn’t even know what goes on a baconator.
