Constantly Understaffed. It seems as though only one person is in the building at any given time, which means the wait time for ordering and receiving food can be upwards of 20-30 minutes. Good if you've got the time, but if you want your fast food to be fast you're better going down the road to Burger King or Dairy Queen.

Easily one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've been in in a very long time. The floor was greasy, not in spots, the whole floor. The soap dispenser didn't work (keep in mind they're making your food) the sink was brown, there was dried vomit on the toilet bowl. Do better.

Food is good. When you're open in the morning, you should sausage gravy. Put the cream in the coffee. It's hard driving down the sidewalk putting the cream in the coffee.

Update: The GM was kind and understanding and wanted to give me anything to make up for it and make a fresh new salad. Thank you for making things right! First of all, they are always backed up in drive thru because they still refuse to open the lobby. Second, every time I try them again I either get a rotten salad or food make poorly/incorrectly. Reason 1 makes reason 2 a pain since you have to get back in line and wait 20 minutes again. Sometimes they take one order at a time, make it, get them out before taking another order. Sitting in line again as I write this because someone got me a salad with more Bleu than cheese and the other toppings are old and slimy.

Took a trip to through Drive-Thru and waited 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me for my burger and a drink. Service when I got to the window was adequate but I wouldn't say they went the extra mile by any means. The burger was thrown together and the meat lukewarm.

I tried to order lunch on the app to pickup inside. I had to use the pickup inside option because my vehicle could not go through the drive through. When I arrived around noon all the doors were locked and I couldn't get my food. Worse still, I am still struggling to get a refund because I can't find anyone to talk to. Way to ruin my half hour I get for lunch and steal my money Wendy's :(

Went through the drive thru last night. Coldest, most disgusting fries I've ever had, advertising the strawberry frosty, but "were out"? Employee drinking cups visible through the window. I went by after work for my drive home for dinner. Extremely disappointed

Haven't seen this many employees in a fastfood restaurant in years. Store wasn't busy. Sat at drive thru speaker for seven minutes, yet no one came on to take our order. Placed online order and walked inside. Employees standing around mostly looking confused, sipping drinks, and simply not working. Sandwichs stacking up on the side of the make line, getting cold, yet no one was bagging them. Eventually someone did start bagging the sandwiches when they realized they had no cooked nuggets. Sandwiches continued sitting in the bag, getting colder while nuggets cooked. Completely understand why this Wendy's was dead during the lunch hour.
