Absolutely no service for standing walk in customers. Every employee behind the counter just stands there and looks at you like you have 3 heads. Stood there 10min and left. Don't want my business? Fine I can go somewhere else.

I've lived in the are long enough to see all the shifts and I've only ever had a positive experience here. I've had to wait a bit for breakfast, got a mixed up sandwich one time, had them not have an item I ordered. But each time the staff was apologetic and fixed the issue quickly. I even tried a strawberry frosty on their suggestion and loved it. It's the nature of fast-food and humans to have some flubs, but the staff has always been a pleasure and that's what matters to me.

Ridiculously long wait (30+ minutes) and was served cold food. Employee couldn’t have cared less when I complained about it, but offered to remake it if I wanted to wait “a while” while smirking at me. Thankfully we are just passing through town and will never have to visit this location again!

I sat in line for 25 minutes at the drive thru tonight. I was on my way to my daughter's softball game & was picking up for food for my toddler. When I pulled up, 2 cars were in front of me. We sat for awhile and the car at the speaker finally pulled around. The car directly in front of me sat and waited for At least ten minutes and was told to "please hold" over the speaker. They drove off and left. I pulled up and was promptly greeted and was also told to "please hold". At this point, my daughter is as late to her game to warm up & my toddler was furious and screaming. I pulled around and the original car that was at the speaker when i arrived still had not received their food. Two employees could be seen in the window laughing and messing around.

In a time when most fast food places are poor experiences, I wanted to take the time to praise this Wendy's. The restaurant was clean, the staff was professional and courteous and the food was hot and fast. Thank you for a delicious, prompt meal served with a smile and kindness. Kudos Statesville Wendy's.

Slow, rude to customers and I feel uncomfortable going there. One day I went through the drive thru and got to the window and there was about 10 employees standing close to the window staring and a few laughing. Wouldn’t that make u feel uncomfortable? I had left a complaint on Wendy’s website and the manager called me to say that they was in the middle of shift change at 8:30-9pm at night is why they was all standing at the front. That’s a lie. Then I had went back on a different day and ordered frosty’s, they took forever so I said something through the speaker. The associate replied in the speaker that if I want it faster for me to come inside and help. I was shocked she said that to a customer and also said some other words that shouldn’t have been said in a drive thru.

Absolutely ridiculous I sat in drive thru for 45 minutes waiting on my mobile order. Company is losing a lot of money doing things this way with the inside shut down as well. Guess they don’t care.

It’s always a log wait. One star is not low enough for how terrible the service is. My food has been cold every time I have went to that Wendy’s. I would not recommend this place if I had to depend on my life for is. People who work there are so rude
