So my family and I came into the restaurant, and we ordered, and we sat down. Then the manager gets a phone call that somebody's not coming in. Then somebody else decides to yell about them, not coming in, and she leaves, talking about not working a double. Oh, it gets better... The manager definitely showed how upset she was, thank goodness my 9 year old has an Army vet momma because we heard a bunch of 4 letter words. So then she gets a phone call from the general manager and apparently she put a hair up that one's butt. And it was the wrong butt to put the hair up. Because she said, well I'm done you beget come get your keys I quit. She threw her keys down, she took her hat off. And left 3 employees to work all by themselves. Nobody looks over 23 years old. That's sad, but the 3 people that are left are amazing. Shout out to Nicholas for not letting it get him down and still making my son a good sandwich. 👌 I suggested they all rock paper scissors for the new manager position. I hope they had a good rest of the day. Today's crew at 3pm-4pm (Friday 8/17/23) keep your heads up. Not all managers are like that, I promise you'll see there are some that actually care about their crew!

Pulled in drive thru was told to go to first window. I did sat there almost 10 mins while no one comes to the window. I pull forward to the 2nd window the staff is just walking by avoiding eye contact. Have been here 25 minutes no service nothing. Good luck staying open with this staff and no customer service. So sad Wendy’s was a nice place to go, but i guess not anymore. The owner should be here to see this.

Unbelievable, after a very long drawn out drive thru order, the rude manager tells us she is only taking 4 orders. So we have 6 people in the car... they wouldn't let us finish ordering food and then got nasty about it when we questioned it. There was no for warning , no sign, just cut us off. We wasted 30 minutes there ordering for nothing... and yes it really was 30 minutes... maybe more... they were so rude to us on top of everything.

The dining room was dirty. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant my us and it took too long to get our food. I used to work for Wendy's and always stand by the quality. I did not see it in this restaurant. I did mention this to the cashier. As we were eating, they did come out and tried to clean up.

The employees are never even remotely polite. You'd think to be so self assured and rude they'd be able to get your order right. No such luck. They'll completely butcher your order then scream at you when corrected.

Went through the drive through and the girl at the drive thru didn't speak at all. The order was correct other than we didn't get any ketchup or spoons for our frostys. When I asked the other girl that handed me my food said they were in the bag which they were not because I checked and what am I going to do with 5 packs of ketchup and four orders of fries? This place is a joke and the people are rude. I won't spend another dollar at this restaurant.

The worst customer service that I have ever experience. This store needs a complete re-do when it comes to the employees. Managers cursing employees so loud that the customers in the drive thru could hear it (This happened on 2 different occasions). On another occasion, I had an employee look at me at the drive thru and then turns her back and continues to be on her phone as I waited 5 minutes or so to ask a question. She then opens the window so hard that it made such a loud noise and her attitude was the rudest that I have ever experienced anywhere. I left there without purchasing anything and I will never go back to this location. They have for sure lost my business. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

There are two Wendy’s in statesboro and now I understand why this one is never busy and the other is always packed. Customer service is trash. The people at the DMV look like saints compared to this Wendy’s employees. The foods not bad but hope you only drink tea because they never have anything else. Nice facility but the staff sucks.
