This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. First of all it took forever to have my order taken. The girl that took my order acted like she was half asleep and couldn't be bothered. Didn't seem to understand a simple order. When I got my order she dumped me French fries upside down in the bag. I asked for extra ketchup and she threw one packet on the counter. I guess the worst of it all was the fact that the burgers weren't even cooked thoroughly. Raw.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I got to the speaker they told me to order when I was ready. So I ordered and then said thank you, all the person at the speaker said was yep. Pulled up to the window, gave them my card and they didn't say anything until I said thank you for the food. Got home and my fries were very cold. I spent 10 dollars for a burger and fries. I threw the fries out, and my burger was kind of gross, but I was hungry so I ate it anyways. They didn't even give me a recipe so I could come back. Talk about being rude. I work at a restaurant too and we at least say hi to our customers in the drive thru. Can I please have a refund or something?

Ordered 3 meals, even double checked to make sure they got it all. Went to the window and paid and a whole meal was missing. The drink was given but not the food. So I pulled back around and they claimed I didn’t pay for that meal. I definitely did! And now I double paid for it since they insisted I pay again. Maybe because I had cash they pocket it? Who knows but make sure you get your receipt!!! My burger was also frozen!!! I thought the meat was never frozen?! I will definitely not be back!

We used the mobile app to get a deal for dining in. But we had to actually go to the counter and ask for the food that has been ready for several minutes. They didn't announce the food was ready, the app didn't say the food was ready, we had no idea. Not sure if the app needs to improve or if there was something else going on. Everything tasted great when we finally got it.

Corporate take notice! young cashier ignored us. Manager took order and messed up so we needed a refund for a meal we didn't order. She didnt want to give us our money back. Then we got to the table and we didn't get any fries in our bag. My chicken sandwich was hours old and dry.This place needs to have there workers retrained in customer service.

This location gets two stars SOLEY on the Breakfast Baconator. Entered parking lot at 9:08am. No other car in drive thru other than the one just ahead of me waiting to place an order. I got to speaker at 9:20 and was told they’d be right with me. At 9:26 I placed my order. 2 Breafast baconator meals with cokes. Large. At 9:56 my order was handed to me and I parked to check it out. 2 baconators, 1 medium potato wedge and 2 chocolate milk because they couldn’t get the coke to work apparently. The sandwiches were actually pretty good. Hot, tasted fresh, made well and all the ingredients on it. The one order of wedges we did get, were neither fresh nor hot. They were chalky and gross. At this time there were too many cars in the drive thru for me to bother correcting this. Save your money, this location is just not worth it. -3 ⭐️ -Wait time -Friendliness -order accuracy

The food is what you would expect out of Wendy's and the service is very quick. First time going inside a fast food restaurant in a while and I have to say it was really nice, service was equally fast as the drive thru and the area was very clean.

No joke I ordered a large fry and pulled this out of the bag I swear on my life is life that there was not a single fry in the bag so I know the fries did not tip over.. Basically they charge me for a large fry and gave me the mouth that should be in a small.. Not only that but they are cold and soggy.. They were not understaffed at the moment like I know that they usually are I personally saw 5 people through the window. At this point I Just pulled into my garage I literally live 2 minutes away so I know my drive didn't make them cold I'm not wanting to drive back there to complain.
